We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

we were going to miss breakfast because of early checkout at 7, but the receptionist made sure some form of breakfast is available at 6:30 am. Little things like these made the stay much better. They have ample parking space on their own property, unlike the false claims by nearby hotels. Wifi worked without hiccups, rooms were clean.

CanadaThe so-called high-speed internet is a joke; it is very slow and often disconnects. The geyser (water heater) was not working, so they had to replace it, which is surprising for a one-year-old facility. The electric switches were not working correctly and were of poor quality. The chair's height is short, and the table's height is high, so it is challenging for someone to work on the desk.
The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The location is away from the main road, so it's quite.
