Very lovely owner who tries hard to help. He booked me a taxi for my 6am airport run and looked after my bags for free when I went trekking. The room is centrally located and large. It has hot water and a bottle of water is provided. The room seems pretty clean.

IndiaNothing as such against the property but the weather is terrible in the afternoons. I visited in the first week of july..the rooms have large windows to offer good views of the surrounding mountains. It's lovely but a curse too considering the heat of the sun starts penetrating in despite the heavy thick curtains and makes the room terribly hot from around 3 in the evening till around 7. When the sun lowers behind the mountains it becomes pleasant again. I spoke to mr sonu about it. He was saying the bad weather in the afternoons have started only since the last few years and stays may end till August. If it so continues they may consider putting in airconditioners
Very conveniently located. 2mins walk to the city center Market. The caretakers mr sonu was very prompt in answering and helping out with any queries. Goes the extra length to help the guests and is very courteous They have an in-house cafe which serves good food which is very reasonably priced and starts with serving breakfast and which opens till late in the night. Almost all cuisines are available. Mr sonu personally supervises the restaurant. I believe they do room service too as there is a food menu in the room too but I had not ordered.. krishna the other guy handles the stay and ensures the place stays neat n clean. Large bed with bedside tables and provisions for charging sockets at both sides of the bed. The rooms are very large in size with televisions. Corner table with two chairs n also washroom is clean n large with provision for 24.7 hot water. They provide towels and soaps n hot water kettle in the room. Clean linens on the bed. Large windows with good view of the snow capped mountains. My room was facing probably the west side which has uninterrupted view of the nountains. Other side faces the road n views the market area.

Nice neat room, with airy bathroom. Able to get fresh air from nice outlook windows. Good location near mid town, and great little restaurant down stairs . Small table with 2 chairs.

IndiaThe weather was very cold during our stay in Leh in first week of April and there was no room heater in the room. Finally, after few days, I have to asked for a room heater by paying additional charges which they arranged. Considering the Leh's cold weather there should be a room heater in the room. Apart from this, everything else was perfect from service to location and support from the staff. It might be not so cold for local people and they do not need a room heater in April first week but people like us who are coming from plains feel very cold and a room heater would be a nice addition to room facilities.
Very nice hotel very close to Leh Main Market. The room was spacious with a great glacier view and ample sunshine in the morning. We booked for two day's stay but liked the place so much that we ended up staying for 5 days. Staff Sonu ji and Krishna ji were very helpful and supportive and were always available on a phone call. Next time I come to Leh I am definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to Leh Market (and all the good restaurants and shops). The host was very helpful and could provide useful information. Great price-performance ratio.

IndiaNeat and clean. My wife had a seizure of high altitude sickness suddenly, shortly after arrival. The owner of the hotel rushed us to the local hospital where she was put on oxygen. They finally discharged her late at night (almost early morning), he came back to pick us up and dropped at the hotel. He kept calling every few hours to check on her status. This was really great. We would be totally lost without his help. He had also got her a small oxygen cylinder which was administered on the way to the hospital.
