Liked the reception staff. I loved the gardens and all the shrubs around.

In the room nothing is proper AC ,TV even there was no phone to contact lobby or room services .i have order one veg soup at night but it was totally bad after having the soup I have stomach infection full night I was vomating and going Loo badly . I think one has to very serious about there reputation . These soup what they have given it must be not fresh at all .any way I am not visiting these place again not I recommend any one

Also the door system would fail so when leaving it wouldn’t lock wasting more time waiting for someone to attend. So many staff but so unresponsive, some can be rude and hang around which can be uncomfortable for those staying in rooms on their own. Would not recommend

India2 ulasan“Overall ok. Quality of services has gone down. They are charging taxes illegally as they charge GST over MRP on packed a”The quality of the hotel is going down. I stayed here in 2022 as well as now (2023) and due to change in ownership the quality has gone down. Also they charge exorbitant prices when you order from the restaurant. For example a bottle of Pepsi cost me 98 rupees whereas it is available for 40 rupees. They apply gst over the mrp of pepsi which is illegal and unfair business practice. The toilet rolls were rationed to just one per day though we had booked executive room which is their 2nd highest category room. They need a lot of improvement. I loved it the first time I was here so booked it again this time. Hut after my stay here this time around, possibly I will look for something else for my next year’s trip.
Location is great as it is close to the Morjim beach. Also taxi and bike for hire are available just in front of the hotel.

India12 ulasanHebatTransportation. People who are dependent on public mode of transportation will have no option but to hire a cab which is relatively expensive. Bikes and cars are available on rent, which can be a better option for people who can drive
Location is perfect for people who are looking for quiet beaches. Staff is very helpful. Chef Santosh is very friendly and hospitable. All other staff are also very helpful. Pool side view is amazing.
