One the best property to saty in Udaipur , it’s is near pichola lake and have you a good view the dooms are very good with very comfortable beds they look very asthetic give you everything you need and one of the good things about the dooms are they have 2 bathrooms which is very helpful because it is a 10 bed occupancy And the common is also also very good and the best thing about the whole property is the kitchen they have you can use whenever you want and there are lots of equipment available like fridge, coffee maker,utensils, RO , and basic ingredients to make food like milk , sugar, coffee, some india masala’s and lot more and it’s absolutely free It is very nice thing you can make your own food whenever you want , you can cook food with your friends or new people you meet there they also have lots of game like uno , cards board games And the last but not the least the 3 group of friends (tej Bhaiya, vikas Bhaiya and sumer bhaiya)that runs this place are amazing very friendly , welcoming with great vibes , had a great time with them I had a great time with them unfortunately I only 2days there , next time I’ll make sure I stayed there little longer

Entrence was little small

This is The best hostel in Udaipur.Tej ,vikash and sumer are the perfect hosts -lots of fun ,music and chilling around on the lovely rooftop as well as the common area . The common kitchen is all one wants as an avid traveller . Bonus there's free Chai waiting for you always ;)

I had a really good experience at this property. The beds are comfortable and ensure a restful stay, and what stood out the most for me was the cleanliness and hygiene of the toilets – which is always a big plus. But beyond the facilities, what truly makes this place special are the people behind it – Tej, Vikas, and Sumer. They are warm, welcoming, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Great property, managed by even greater people! One of the best parts about this place is the dedicated kitchen for visitors – open to use anytime. It’s such a thoughtful step by Tej, Vikas, and Sumer, and honestly a great move in the hostel industry. It gives you a sense of comfort and freedom that makes the stay even more homely.

I stayed at Turtle Hostel in Udaipur for 2 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly nice, warm-hearted, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and hygienic, making the stay very comfortable. The location is perfect — just a short walk from City Palace, Pichola Lake, and Gangaur Ghat. The rooftop offers a beautiful view of Pichola Lake, perfect for relaxing evenings. Truly, it’s the best hostel for meeting good-hearted people and enjoying the charm of Udaipur.

I stayed at Turtle Hostel while traveling solo, and honestly, it was one of the highlights of my trip. I wasn’t expecting much—just a clean bed and maybe a good night’s sleep—but this place gave me so much more. Right from check-in, the vibe was calm, warm, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed to care. They were always around if you had a question or just wanted a quick chat, and they had great tips for exploring the area like a local. The hostel itself was super clean and cozy. The dorms had everything I needed: comfy beds, privacy curtains, charging outlets, and lockers. The bathrooms and showers were well-maintained, and there was never a line, even during busy hours. What I really loved, though, was the atmosphere. It wasn’t one of those wild, party hostels—but it wasn’t dead quiet either. It struck a really nice balance. People hung out in the common area, cooked meals, and shared travel stories. I met some great people just by sitting around with a cup of tea in the evening. We even ended up exploring parts of the city together, which I hadn’t planned on but really appreciated. The location was also great—close enough to the main spots, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. I could walk pretty much everywhere, and even when I got back late, I felt totally safe. As a solo traveler, it can be hit or miss with hostels. Turtle Hostel felt like a hit. Had a great stay at Turtle Hostel, Udaipur! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.
