Good location 1 km radius to city center Spacious 3 bhk for a families travelling all with attached bath rooms and neat, well behaved staff and friendly.

The staff was very professional and very helpful. Mr. Gowda, the manager was extremely friendly and accommodating to guests requests. The food was also very nice!

No dormitory for the drivers, no provision of hot water in the wash basins

The twin bedroom set was immaculately tidy, away from the hustle & bustle of the city yet very near to all the places of interest. Mr. MT Rangegowda and Mr. Baskar were very courteous and helpful. They helped us in planning our trip also. The property is very good for staying, even, indoors to spend a quiet weekend.

Warm water in the wash basins would be great, a small recreation center for kids would also be wonderful. Also, sound proofing should be something to think about as the walls are too thin which affects privacy.

Property was in great condition and well maintained, peaceful and in the heart of the city. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was really clean and spacious and perfect for a family. The hosts were really helpful, we got tasty home cooked food!! Special mention to Mr Gandhi and Mr Gowda who were warm, welcoming and helpful. Overall would suggest Two Seas residence for a happy stay in Ooty.

Nothing, but few noticeable mentions are price seemed a bit high and toilet flush need to be changed because it's flushing oly little water.

Firstly its location. Very close to the main areas yet not too noisy as it's in a street just a little away. You can probably walk to the Botanical Garden in about 2 minutes. Secondly, the homestay consists of a few apartments with a Hall. We took a 2BHK unit Vismay. We were 4 and it was just perfect. The price is very reasonable for the facilities. They are neatly decorated, the furnitures and facilities were utility oriented. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were warm. Thirdly, the rooms were clean and well maintained. They clean it everyday as well. As a homestay, they provide everything from a cooking top, kettle and a fridge. If you want to cook, perhaps you have to ask. We didn't cook. But the plates,glasses etc were cleaned everyday and they have high chairs in the eating area where you can eat. You either request them to cook or do Swiggy. But I would say asking them is much better. Prices were reasonable, taste was good and portions were enough. The rest rooms were clean again. They provide towels and soaps. In my unit, there was one common in the 1st floor and one attached to a bedroom. One room has a balcony and the other big windows. The staff were polite Mr.Gandhi and Mr.Gowda and the others too. Please remember that this is not a hotel but still they were able to provide every assistance whenever asked. As for the cons, there may be a problem Parking as the street is narrow and there is limited parking but shouldn't be a deal breaker at all. The location is not really secluded or in the outskirts, so there isnt much of view from the balcony if you are interested in those. But if you are in Ooty for a few days to chill with family or friends, I see no reason why this place can't be recommended. As for me, if I am going to Ooty, this could be my first choice given the pros described above.

Rooms are very good but a little expensive. The staff are good, Some here and there but it's negligible. Food is also good. As per our order they make. Vada, puri baji, and some chicken dishes are excellent. Food charges are economical. The problem is there is no call bell or intercom facility.

No room heater available. You don’t get a LOG Gas Cylinder in the kitchen. Car park is limited for 2-3 cars only.

Very lovely staff always happy to help. Food (optional extra) was very high quality and really delicious. The apartment was very comfortable. There were minor things that needed updating (paint on a wall etc.) but the property was very clean and well maintained. The location was great as it was not too far from the centre. Very happy with the stay and will definitely come back.

Bedsheets could have been maintained a little bit better. It is clean, but a little bit worn out.

Very Affordable. Really good value for 2 couple. Excellent staff. Delicious homely breakfast. Well maintained property. Excellent location. Walkable distance to Botanical garden and rest of the ooty town.
