Too many stray dogs in the property which restricted us from exploring the area due to safety issues It could also use some cleaning of common areas

The location was very serene albeit inside Karjat about 30 kms, also the road in between is damaged at some places, overall the property could be maintained a bit more which could enhance the experience.. The best part is the sound of the river behind the villa and the green landscapes Food was really tasty although a la carte is a bit pricey as compared to other hotels Special shout out to the chef Deepak Yadav and server Mahesh Bangar

I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like about the property

Been to this property earlier way back in 2018 - still it’s been maintained well. Some place it requires touch up but when it’s surrounded by nature expect some misses

The games room is not well-maintained. Also, SPA is overpriced.

The Chef is very welcoming, and he takes personal care of each of the guests. The staff is helpful.

The only disappointment came in here as there was no breakfast displayed owing to low occupancy. We are one of those who love love the self served hotel breakfast set up. Taste was ok. We liked the dinner much more than the breakfast. Definitely scope for improvement. Also the weekend prices can be slashed more.

Very nice, peaceful property. You feel truly with the nature. Food is also good. The property is alongside a river so there are activities like River Rafting etc depending on weather.

On Instagram and social media they have promoted the place based on the fact that it's close and accessible to the river and that's where the high tea happens, there was no high tea for the guests who had come to stay that day and we were told we will be informed but that didn't happen. My husband had ordered something off the menu which they agreed to get namely grilled chicken and mashed potatoes which usually comes with a gravy even after repeated kind request that it always comes with a gravy the chef or waiters didn't care enough to address to our polite request and come up with something if they didn't have it already. I felt it was not good hospitality.

The property is beautiful and located in a peaceful environment amidst greenery and nature, it's open with lots of activties. The rooms are big and clean and the superior king room has a huge balcony which is a plus, it has a Greek vibe to it and the buggy system makes it very convinient

The guy at the restaurant with some sense of high headedness, who just refuses to show any hospitality. Rest of the staff at the restaurant is amazing though.

Overall a good location. Nice greenery. Great room. Comfortable stay. Lots of activities for my toddler. Great food. Got special good for my toddler after requesting the chef.
