Kindly check the air conditioning system in every room and if the customer complaint for something kindly look into it with all your heart.

Everyday the breakfast was same.. as per their food and Baromasi restaurant, they could've served more options everyday.

The staff had limited knowledge about the hotel. When you ask they always say we need to ask the owner.. The owner came in one of the days and with a very cold attitude and doesn't greet you or anything. Sad to see a nice place having a rude owner like her.

There was no power on 1 of the 2 days we stayed there. The restaurant employee kept saying for any thing that we ordered and when we asked for the same item from different person, the same employee would bring the item. Very unprofessional restaurant staff.

The property reeked of wetness and lack of maintenance.. towels in the room had that “wet” feeling, and so did the mattress. The property seems to have suffered hugely owing to a lack of maintenance. Rooms have knob locks, but you still need an external lock (coz the knob locks a.k.a deadbolts) do not work. The washroom inside our room (at least) smelled pretty bad as if it wasn’t used for quite sometime. In the breakfast area, there’s one huge glass that stands broken..

The toilet flushing system was continually problematic and the staff tried to help. The sheets and pillowcases are too old and yellowed and should be replaced. There was rat poo on the window sill inside the breakfast seated area, just an oversight as I do understand rodents are difficult to control but if I see it in the restaurant I can only imagine what it's like out in the kitchen.

The entry area outside is appealing, the overall hotel is of the traditional style I like on my stays in Udaipur please don't think I don't like the traditional touches throughout my room I do, it's authentic. The male staff at the reception desk aren't very friendly but the staff across the hotel and restaurant are delightful. The roof top restaurant is excellent. The breakfast could be improved perhaps adding pancakes as well as the delicious omelette. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and I will stay again.

Staff were surly. I booked online and immediately realised I'd got the dates wrong and needed 3 nights, not 4 nights. I instantly message them. They would not let me reduce the stay by a night, claiming it was Booking.com policy. I couldn't see this policy anywhere. So we had to pay for the extra night. They were surly when we wanted to take a boat trip as advertised on their front desk. They rang the room before 9am to ask if we wanted a massage (extra) - no. We had no towels one day, no loo paper the next . . . it was all very sloppy. Worst of all, they hosted an 'event' on their open rooftop restaurant which meant that this middle-class, middle-aged, mid-high-priced hotel had a thumping bass playing from midday to midnight. Goodbye to the peaceful oasis. I shouldn't think a single guest went, it looked as though it was aimed at the back-packers and young. Last there are probably 20 steep steps up to the hotel from street level without a handrail. Fine for most, but I thought it should mention this on the website.

The rooms were wonderful. The garden was restful and peaceful when they weren't hosting a party. Swimming pool was good

there was construction work going on in the property, the elevators don’t connect both wings of the hotel, so you have to climb steps . no room service

Housekeeping and general maintenance of the property must improve.

The location is very convenient but the property needs to have better housekeeping and other facilities. The restaurant is good. Breakfast is just excellent and all F&B staff is very cooperative. Mr. Vikas, Mr. Vikram and all their staff is very much well mannered. The roof top location is very scenic. We will surely visit again and expect the housekeeping will be improved in due course.

Building is still under construction and no lift to access bar n breakfast area which is on top floor..you have to ask for Wi-Fi password..there is no suggestion from staff on Wi-Fi access…avoid room in new building…staff is rude when I ask for famous places to visit the Sir at reception said visit every place…overall my stay was average..would recommend if you don’t have option to book your stay Lake Pichola hotel 😟😟😟😟
