The apartment is little more than 1km from the shri krishna matha. Though you can find autos easily, it is not exactly walkable. No good restaurants nearby too. Would not be an issue if you have a vehicle though.

Facilities are good, and apartment is well maintained. Nearby stores are available for daily grocery needs.

Very nice appartment, spacious and clean. Excellent staff, Uday and his family were welcoming and helpful and attentive to everything we needed. Uday gave very good recommendations of places to eat in Udupi.

Frequent tripping of power. Also they should keep some tea bags for making morning tea.. Also some instructions on how to use the water filter etc.. will help better for the occupant then trying and figuring out.

Everything was perfect.

We Arrived at the hotel at 4.00 am in the morning, utterly exhausted and drained. The host was soooo kind, he looked at us, understood how tired we were and simply said, "It's okay. Go and Sleep. You can pay and finish the remaining formalities when you wake up". This kind gesture is something we shall never forget. big and famous hotels have not shown this kind of humane kindness. The apartment is very spacious. Has all the amenities. There is no restaurant within. But breakfast / lunch / dinner can be ordered from the restaurant across the hotel. The staff will bring whatever you order. They provide Taxi service also.

The security is extremely poor. Late at night, a drunk person came to our room and started knocking on the door, which made us feel unsafe. When we contacted the reception they answered only on the second ring, further adding to our distress.

There was nothing we didn’t like

This was the best accommodation we’ve had in India and many other places too. We would rarely give a 10 but this deserves it. The apartment was large and clean and bright with a full kitchen. It was on a very quiet street that was close to many restaurants and the temple. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They got us an auto rickshaw at 6 o’clock in the morning to go to bus station.

The apartment stayed was in a 2BHK. The location was in a residential area and so the feel was like staying in a home away from home. The staff at the reception displayed good attitude towards customer service. The room was found very neat and clean. Recommend kitchen window has blinds put up.
