I stayed two nights at this hotel in Jaipur, and it truly felt like something out of a fairytale. It is the most unique and beautiful hotel I’ve ever experienced, worth every single rupee just for the atmosphere and history. You can wander around for hours, admiring and photographing the ancient art and architecture. The rooms are huge, clean, and very comfortable. The entire staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful – they even upgraded my room at no extra cost when the street noise bothered me. The food was delicious, and every night there was a wonderful authentic performance of music, singing, and dancing.

The restaurant service for dining was a bit slow.

The room was well furnished and spacious. The housekeeping staff deserve special mention for the great job they did. The breakfast buffet was superb.

Room service. Staff behaviour. Cleanliness. Music/Dance programme on terrace. Ambience is very royal. I would love to visit this hotel again and recommend to others as well. Swimming pool is operational. The food was really tasty and satisfying.

I loved everything, they’ve set the benchmark for the hospitality industry.

Breakfast was awesome. Lavish spread. Incredible variety and quality, excellent staff with prompt and accommodating service. Met and exceeded every expectation, especially the veg appam. Was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the flavor and presentation. Apart from that, truly the Heritage experience we envisioned. We adored being spoiled by the night staff, tending to our every need, some of the most colorful characters we’ve come across. The architecture and interior design alone blew our breath away. Would highly recommend and would wish to return in the future.

This is not a hotel problem but getting Uber or Autos from the location had been a pain. The uber drivers will realise you are tourist and call you to ask for additional trips on top of what they accepted. If you say no, they cancel your trip. So you have no choice but to accept their higher rates or book through hotel. This is a problem in entire Jaipur.

Excellent choices for breafast. The food is really good. We had dinner too and there is a vast menu to order from.

Swimming pool don’t have temperature control and there is no washing facilities. Better they can keep a washing machine in the hotel so that it will be helpful for long stay tourists.

Superb stay in Palace set up rooms, Breakfast & Dinner is superb & nice. Through hotel we can arrange our transportation to visit all tourist places in Jaipur.

Breakfast was fabulous - plenty of options in both the Indian and Western spread. the Indian was very tasty. All the staff throughout the hotel were professional and friendly . The hotel is a blissful retreat after the intensity of Jaipur. The cleanliness was outstanding.

Although advertised as a family room, the bed within the bay window was just a single. My children are 5 & 9 and did top and tale but any older and it wouldn't have worked. Our friends had older children and another single bed was provided which then eats into the space in the room. If I were to stay again, I would probably get 2 double rooms.

The hotel has a lovely feel to it, the room was very unique. Although small, the pool area is a nice extra. The food was lovely and the location was quiet. We had a driver who picked us up so we had no need to walk around outside. The breakfast had lots of choice.

Few cockroaches were present in ground floor room but the good part was reception upgraded the room to another floor.

Good options in breakfast, nice view from the room. Daily cultural performance at night on rooftop restaurant.
