People were really nice

I stayed two nights at this hotel in Jaipur, and it truly felt like something out of a fairytale. It is the most unique and beautiful hotel I’ve ever experienced, worth every single rupee just for the atmosphere and history. You can wander around for hours, admiring and photographing the ancient art and architecture. The rooms are huge, clean, and very comfortable. The entire staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful – they even upgraded my room at no extra cost when the street noise bothered me. The food was delicious, and every night there was a wonderful authentic performance of music, singing, and dancing.

The room was well furnished and spacious. The housekeeping staff deserve special mention for the great job they did. The breakfast buffet was superb.

The restaurant service for dining was a bit slow.

It has parking available, nice ambience.

Room had seepage AC was not good considering we went in August and it was too hot. When we first checked in the sitting area had no covers on, it was only covered next day. Beds and mattress felt like they are ages old. Duvet and Pillow covers were still a little wet as if it wasn't properly dried after wash.

Room service. Staff behaviour. Cleanliness. Music/Dance programme on terrace. Ambience is very royal. I would love to visit this hotel again and recommend to others as well. Swimming pool is operational. The food was really tasty and satisfying.

Everything is perfect and excellent , the staff was attentive always available to meet our need without being intrusive, their kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference and we would like to thank (Mohan) for his warm welcome and so gentle

Clean rooms

Rooms were not spacious, buffet breakfast was very basic, for the same amount I could have got something nicer than this with more facilities and good breakfast buffet

Breakfast was awesome. Lavish spread. Incredible variety and quality, excellent staff with prompt and accommodating service. Met and exceeded every expectation, especially the veg appam. Was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the flavor and presentation. Apart from that, truly the Heritage experience we envisioned. We adored being spoiled by the night staff, tending to our every need, some of the most colorful characters we’ve come across. The architecture and interior design alone blew our breath away. Would highly recommend and would wish to return in the future.

I loved everything, they’ve set the benchmark for the hospitality industry.

A little hyped hotel. It's all good, clean but not worth the high price tag due to its location and room size.

Room size wasn't good for two adults and two kids. Restaurant - price of items relatively more but nice dining experience.
