We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe staff were rude. We checked in late at night and it was for the bride to wake up in the morning to get her makeup done for the wedding. The staff didn't allow the makeup artist to visit without us paying an extra charge. After an extended dialogue, they allowed us to proceed.
The location of the hotel was very convenient and rooms were adequate and clean for the pricing

IndiaThe bathroom wasn't maintained well, the lift wasn't functioning. The staircase wasn't open initially but had to be opened because the lift stopped working. It's a fire safety by not having the staircase open and cleanly available. There was a kind of smell in the room, and it felt like a lot of room freshener was added.

IndiaEverything other than location . I generally try not to give bad reviews. However my stay at UPAR hotels has been one of the worst experiences. The photos of the facade are very misleading. Inside is a shabby, mismanaged and rundown place. I am uploading a few photos to substantiate my review. On checking in we found that the bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. I had to squash a cockroach. There was water seeping out of the flooring in the mornings. They say breakfast is included. But what they do is buy some breakfast from somewhere and deliver it to your room. With the quality and hygiene that is demonstrated, wonder where they get their breakfast from. This place is not worth it even for 1/3 the price. Stay away.

IndiaCar parking is a bit of a hassle but not the worst.
The location, cleanliness and easy checkin. Requested an early checkin and it was arranged. Friendly staff. The suite room has a good functioning mini fridge and kettle to prepare coffee and tea. A lot of pubs and eateries near by. The suite room is quite big.
