It's an individual house or villa very much opposite to the Bogmalo beach, The location is calm and peaceful, This place is very much nearer to Dabolim Airport so people can arrive in flight and it's just 3.5km easy to reach this destination point villa. It's a must visit for family members . Maintenance was 100% clean. The owner is very much humble towards the visitors. It has 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 hall , 1 kitchen, washing machine, fridge and can even cook with the electric stove they have provided. I enjoyed staying in this place and it was surely recommended to others.

Not having been used for a while, the kitchen counter and shelves had few roaches. Wall corners and ceilings had cobwebs.

The property was kept ready for us when we reached. Hosts explained the facilities to us. Hosts arranged a cab service for early the next morning. The payment transactions were easy and well coordinated.

The check-in procedure was a complete disaster. The host stopped responding to my messages and calls right when I arrived. I never received the lockbox code. Thankfully, the neighbors had a spare key and let me in. After a 35-hour flight from the United States, I was completely exhausted, and this issue with the key was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, the host came knocking on the door while I was sleeping, despite being asked not to disturb me until I woke up. The check-in process was poorly organized and stressful. However, aside from this issue, the property itself was very good.

This property is in great condition. Everything worked perfectly, including strong water pressure. The place was clean, and while the air conditioning was only in the bedrooms, it was powerful enough to cool the entire property over time. It had everything needed for comfortable living. The location is central and close to everything, yet just a few steps away from a busy taxi parking area, making it both convenient and quiet. It’s less than a minute from the beach, and the overall stay was excellent.

The tiled floor was stained and dirty with the red earth found all around the town. We had to wear indoor flipflops to keep our feet clean. Ceiling needs repairing and windows and window sills dirty. Bogmalo is very small and there is nothing to do. The host has now reported to booking.com that we did not show up for our booking, when we did arrive and pay cash, as requested. This is avoiding the booking.com fees. This untruth has affected our genius rewards and we are angry that this falsehood is now part of our booking.com rating

Stayed 1 night 2 March 2024 Good location with views of the sea in very quiet Bogmalo. Lots of space. Basic kitchen utensils and crockery but the pots and pans are very old and worn. Host not available but we were assisted by the neighbour who let us in, showed us around and took the cash payment. Bed typical Indian hard mattress, spare sheets and blankets available. Bogmalo is a very small sleepy cove with little more than small hotels/guest houses, one large resort, a few restaurants serving the usual continental, Indian. Goan variety of dishes.....and a few tourist shops.
