We have a very pleasent stay in the lake facing room.. nice views..position is good near main attractions. Cars and most tuk tuks can't arrive directly because of the narrow streets.

Personally I valued the location in a very quiet part of the old town and the fact that it is a small family owned hotel . The property overlooks the lake which is serene and beautiful. Views from the rooftop are exceptional and happily there is an elevator to get to the rooftop as many properties in Udaipur require you to climb four flights of stairs to get to the roof. Best of all was the owners and staff who truly care about their guests and do whatever they can to make you comfortable. They will help you make the best of your stay with recommendations and any help they can give. You are in the very best hands at this hotel.

Really good hotel, in a fantastic quiet location. Rooms are nice and spacious and Kapil is an amazing host. He is Super friendly and helpful and gave us lots of suggestions during our stay. Would stay again if I came to Udaipur.

Loved our stay at Vallabh Garh, the view from the balcony was to die for. The location is centralized and is accessible by foot to main attractions. However, big vehicles cannot enter the location, the staff assisted in taking the luggage in a bike. Cheap, simple and good selection of food options available. The mattress could have been more comfortable. Overall recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a stay in Udaipur.

I stay there for almost 2 weeks and Kapil was amazing. Always looking to give the best experience, and a very personal way of caring. We ended up going to the gym together that was great ! The location is really calm (this is the real luxury) and yet very close to everything you need and the big spots. The view on the lake is a must.

Exceptionally helpful staff and lovely laid-back atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a great place to eat, enjoy the view, and chat with other guests.

Location was fastantic, and so was the room and the balcony which looks exactly like the pictures. The staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Kapil will make sure you have all you need and more! The food they serve is also very authentic and tasty. We had the best stay and would definitely reccomend this hotel!

Nothing really. No hot water in the shower but we've found this common in India.

Great place to stay. Quiet yet close to the old town. Excellent chef who cooked simple but tasty for a good price. Owner is really friendly and willing to give you any advice you need. Balcony room recommended. Terrace is lovely also.

This budget hotel offers great value for money . The lake view from the balcony was wonderful, and the owner and chef were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was very reasonable. The hotel is in the back streets amongst Residential houses , we enjoyed this as we want to enjoy the local culture . You need a tuk tuk or walk to the the hotel as cars cannot get down the lanes but that was no problem . Would definitely recommend 👌

Very nice lake view. The hotel was located in the old city and most sight seeing locations could be reached by either tuktuk or by walking. The owners were very nice and I felt as part of their family Personally Udaipur is one of the nicest cities in Rajasthan.

This is a brand new hotel, clean, with hot water and high speed Wi-Fi. It has a breathtaking terrace over the lake where you can see a beautiful sunset. The owner is super kind and friendly. I really suggest this place!

Beautiful location overlooking the lake in a quiet area, try and get a lake view room if you can. If not there is a terrace where you can have breakfast and enjoy the views. Staff are great and super helpful, family run, very much recommend a stay here while you are in Udaipur!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay in Vallabhgarh A lake facing balcony. The staff was extremely cooperative and wonderful. We felt like we were in a home away from our home. All facilities and amenities provided were timely and of best quality. The hotel owner and manager Mr Kapil was just so humble and down to earth kind of person. We got attached in the first sight only. He took care of every little thing and always said yes to whatever we demanded. I hope to meet him again and will book the same hotel next time. Nothing springs to mind. It is a block or two over from main walking route so is difficult for tuc tuc riders to find and can be a bit off putting on arrival. We loved the fact that it created a calm in the crazy.

Everything!!!! My favourite stat in all my time in India. The view of the lake was gorgeous. Roof top really special. Staff and guy who owns it oh my word! Talk about going above and beyond they were incredible from collecting us in mopeds/ tuc tucs to booking onward train tickets and buying chargers. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I really didn’t want to leave.

The staff was helpfull and acommodate all our needs. The location is good and whitin few minutes walk you can get the quietness without any noise and get good sleep ( believe me it s hard to fin in indea:) . Just remember to reserve the rooms with balcony view.
