The room was not sufficiently big for three of us.

The location was very good. A great view of the mountains and the city from the windows. Very close to Shimla Kalibari and not far from the Mall. Breakfast was brought from outside. It was good.

Breakfast options could've been better. The location they can't change but it's a bit far from the main area of the mall road. So we had to take help from the manager. He took us to the hotel. Although it's amazing hotel but it's a bit far from the main mall road.

I love the rooms and the facilities they provide with it. The Manager Dayaram ji is an absolutely amazing person. He helped us so much with taxi booking and stuff. He was present everytime we need him. We arrived before time at dawn but he arranged our room that time. Rooms are specious and clean. Beds are comfortable. They also provided toilet kit for you. The bathrooms are also clean. Overall it's a commendable hotel in the price I paid.

The room was not great. Sound is a big problem, you can hear people breathing in other rooms (and of course vice versa). They staff was not able to contact us over the phone up to about 2 PM in the afternoon and then they allotted our room to someone else (just 2 hours from the check-in start at 12 noon, and check-in is open till 23:00!!!). I confirmed that we will arrive in the evening, but still they did not keep our room and put us in a very small room and said that we can move to other room in the morning. Then they forced some one else to move to another room and gave us a slightly better room. Overall, this whole thing was very unprofessional, especially after I had confirmed that we will arrive in the evening.

The staff was cooperative and helpful. The location is quite good, Mall road, Church, Ridge are at a walk-able distance.

the room which we got was on ground floor, was easliy accessible, view from the window was great, although room was small, but did not felt stuffy or compact, food which we ordered was good, most importantly bathroom was clean and tidy, overall nice experience

The view from the room was good. The service was appreciatable. Walkable distance from mall road and also many small vendors Nearby for urgent needs. Te coffee shops and mini restaurants near the hotel stay was helpful. Hotel staff ,Mr Sharma was very responsible . Big Thanks to Sachin, who owns the place. Such a warm person and helpful.

the staff (Sachin and the staff working there) we’re extremely helpful! thank you so much. we arrived in the early hours of the morning and we got lost, the staff came to collect us and offered us a resting place till our check in was ready. we felt really well looked after and the rooms are very cosy too. hot water is working well.

Staff were rude and uncooperative. Although Breakfast was free, they hesitated in providing breakfast. Served limited food, and told us if we needed more, it was chargeable. Rooms were small, without proper ventilation and smelly. Full of flies. Bed was uncomfortable. We were on the verge of shifting from here.

Friendly staff but very incompetent when dealing with extremely noisy guests at night. 2 nights out of 3 with very little sleep. On the 3rd night, we had to advise ourselves the guests in the room next door and the room above to keep their voices down, between 1:00 am and 4:00 am. Freezing cold and damp in the room, so it was impossible to enjoy the room. High price of 100inr/hour for a heater. During winter, it.should be included.
