Food is pathetic, needs extensive improvement in quality and taste. Housekeeping needs to be informed to clean the room. Ideally, rooms need to be cleaned everyday proactively.

Lovely spacious property on a clean deserted section of the beach. Our room was large and very comfortable. the restaurant had a wide range of dishes and the chef went out of his way to guarantee my meal was gluten-free.

They are serving liquor in-house so they won't allow outside liquor. Even if you got remaining single bottle from outside. They try to chase and refrain 500mts also from property. I think they should understand , it's GOA not a under graduate hostel that too while serving alcohol in-house.

Only one restaurant to eat all meals at since transport was not easy unless you had a car or hired a taxi. However if you are willing to walk on the beach to the next shack then it is perfect.

The beach was nice and quite not crowded. The breakfast was great various options available. The service was excellent. There was only one restaurant. The indian vegitarian meals were excellent but would have liked authentic Goan cooking. Need to consider hiring a goan chef to couple the indian chef.

The price for rooms are worth for how they are, however, would be great if the minibars are not kept empty :). The assumption during booking rooms with minibar, is that it will be stocked (you are missing on the revenue stream....).

Perfect location, away from the hustle. Beach is 2 mins away and direct access. Loved the rooms and overall service. The staff (Nisha and another team from F&B) did a great job in decorating the room for my sister's birthday and prepared a custom cake order. Housekeeping and room service staff is also excellent.

The property is under staffed. It needs to improve on service promptness. Food is overpriced and its quantity and quality needs to be improved. There are very few sea-food items in the menu.

It is a green property, clean and secluded. This beachfront property has a direct access to Varca white sand beach. The superior room size is very big. Staffs are polite.

The furnishing and interior decoratiom appeared old style for the rooms we opted. But no issues at all.

The room was huge. Could easily accommodate 3 of us. Well maintained, nice and helpful staff. Food quality and quantity was good. Property is in south Goa, though quiet interior is excellent and and bang on the beach. Security is strict but polite and helpful. Recommend to have your own transport since the Resort car rentals are expensive. Since the resort is in South Goa and if one would like to explore N. Goa, having our own transport will be economical..
