Its was an amazing to stay in this hotel. Except my tv doesn't work as their wifi doesn't reach to my room, so being with kids it was bit annoying. Second our room has 2 small windows which didn't had curtains on them, so sun will wake u up bit early than u expected. . Rest was amazing ..

In my room ac was not working properly and power fluctuations were there during day time..and in case of restaurant food last time in June when I stayed there it was excellent but not that much this time.. I was expected more .. and also rates become more compared to last time..in case of stay..

Stay at vasdaa grand was good .staff and all very nice and polite.. rooms were looking good and spacious.. restaurant food was so delicious even though it's little expensive..so totally it was good experience.

Didnt extend check out time till 2 pm. Breakfast only by 8 am. They prefer room service. Service is poor. Staff stood and watched in lobby as we unloaded heavy luggage in hot summer afternoon. They would help only when we entered lobby. Not good as an airport transit hotel. Its basically a wedding and convention center focussed place with no care about airport transit travellers concerns like a late check out etc

I had to repeatedly tell the staff to turn on the WiFi but the whole time passed and we were bored the whole day. Despite being so costly, neither the TV nor the WiFi worked, I am very disappointed.

Only pool Area and Room was ok ok not good because so many times staff was coming and blank in front of me how I can.

Breakfast system is not good, you need to provide a 'sumptious' breakfast and not the paltry a la carte options you gave. The shower in the bathroom also is a trickle which needs to be improved.

Location. Away from the hustle bustle of Dehradun. There is a petrol pump next door. Plenty of parking space. Good restaurant. Cute little pool. They upgraded my room too.

I enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the care taken for me by the wonderful staff. My room was clean and comfortable and just what I needed before my early flight from Dehradun.

The service is so poor wifi strength is so week you were advised to use your mobile Hotspot. Electrical device failure due to poor installation of electrical device, wires. I went for dinner with total 8 family members they serve you one bread instead I ordered for 5. Then you have to look others face. Very poor service in dinning. Second the staff at reception didn't pick your calls and intercom not working. Your rooms key become deactived and you have to go to reception for cativating it, hair dryer not working inspire of changing rooms as in previous rooms no wifi, fan not working, tv wifi not working and they make my trip worst night mare. They compensate for it by not charging for my tea. But that didn't give you back your happiness.DIDN'T suggest to visit there.

I like the Location, Cleaniness and really feel bad for the owner as he invested so much.room service boy is good. Best thing is swimming pool atleast my kid enjoyed something in this property.
