When they have a big group, it becomes a little noisy for other guests, especially in the early morning.

The staff is very helpful. It was raining but staff made sure that we had very little inconvenience to travel locally. The helped in booking e taxi.

The construction is not yet complete, and hence, facilities are missing. The location is but far off from the temple

the room i chose through booking.com was for 3 adults and 1 child but we had a big bed they provided for 3 adults and just a mattress which was too hard to sleep on. location is not in the city but not too far can get an auto or uber . Payment was by cash ,they dont take card .

the rooms and bathrooms are clean . They clean it everyday. staff is kind and polite .

May be because of Booking.com hotel sync up, I though I will get two beds, but the room was a single double bed with on extra mattress.

The only experience that was not at par was at night when we were having dinner and suddenly light went off. There was no staff to check on us where we were eating our dinner. It took them atleast 30 mins to get the generator backup up and running, which lead to our food getting cold since we couldn't have it in the dark without any spoons/plates served. Later after reaching out, a staff member apologized and came to our service. No complaints after that, it was all fine.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, food, service and the room itself. I booked a family suite which was very spacious with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, allowing all my family members of 6 to stay together. My Dad and family members were very happy with the room size and food. Everything we ordered in the hotel was tasty and very nicely served. The staff members were cordial.

Excellent hotel. Great service and ambience.. We loved this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Ayodhya Dham Railway Station. I would recommend it to friends, and will definitely stay again if I'm back in "Ayodhya""

Bathroom was not upto the mark. Towels provided were not clean. Restaurant at basement which was not properly lit and no proper staff to attend to the guests. Guests were seen filling their own water bottles. Not expected when you pay such a price for a days stay. Requires a lot of improvement. Would not recommend to be very honest

They cheated us on the prices. The prices they charged were twice the price they were charging from other customers and the reason they gave is that we booked through booking.com that’s why….Disgusting

Everything was good. Sticking to local food from the menu would be wise. I tried chinese once and i couldn't handle the heat. Rest was very good.

The location and the overall stay was great. Our flight was little later so they allowed us to extend our stay by almost 3 hours without extra charge. They helped us find a rick to reach ram temple. And they took great care of our 4 months old daughter. Shashwat, Anshuman & Shalu were star staff from the hotel.

Location slightly far from Temple, but please note that cabs are not allowed near temple and hence people carrying lot of luggage may be facing difficulty. This works best.

breakfast no taken. these is no canteen and no facilities in restaurants.hotel is providing food through zomoto. and charging high price according to hotel restaurants menu. there was facilities from booking.com for late checkout but hotel charged Rs. 500 for late checkout at 4pm. extra mattress cost Rs. 600 charged. no bed provided only mattress given.
