Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe service is terrible. There is not enough staff.. the phones were not working. Plus, they close down everything by 10-11 PM. So, there is no room service, no water, no cutlery after that time.
The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. The property is good.. The guy on reception was very polite.

IndiaThey were not accepting my booking through booking.com..they said all rooms here are already booked. I asked them to send me a mail regarding what you are saying ,after 15 minutes from no where his senior came and asked me sir if you are staying alone or with family. I said how does it matter , he told If you are alone than charges are 4590/- and if with family the charges will be 8000/- No breakfast included in this cost. I always book hotels from you. Look sometimes money doesn’t matter what matter is how you can keep your self safe at night . This time I’m not at all happy. Good luck to you 🙂

IndiaIn bath room no shampoo and shower gel were available even one drop. How hotel hand over room to client without checking basic need into hotel at a 4star. I entered and started taking bath, but have to bath only with hot water. After informing to house keeping he filled but again leaked. Again informed but did not changed it. Tea Pot was too dirty. After informing house keeping changes it. Considering a 4 star rating of Hotel this we can not expect other wise stay was good. Food was very costly and breakfast was average.
