Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Owner of the hotel was very kind and helpfull. Room was almost perfectly clean. Air conditioning works perfect. There was fridge in the room. Good restaurants near object. We came very early and there was no additional payments for early checking, thats was big advantage for us, becouse We need some rest after long trip. Fast and great wifi.

Nice stay at the hotel. We were given an upgraded room which was very large and nice. The breakfast is very good. Location is near the subway so easy to travel to the city.

Hotel services was very good, hotel staff is very polite and cooperative specially guy at the reception who gave me early check in and he was very kind to us. You are well connected with most part of the city from here, near to a metro station and market.

The location of the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was okay. There were not a lot of options in the breakfast menu but everything tested okay. all staff are very polite.

I booked a hotel listed as “Premium Stays, Paschim Vihar” on Booking.com for ₹700–₹800. When I reached the property, it turned out to be Hotel Swathi, which was never mentioned in the booking. The staff had my booking under my name but refused to honor the price shown online. Instead, they demanded ₹1,500, saying that was the “real” price. This is completely unfair and deceptive — it feels like a scam where they lure you in with a low price and then double it once you arrive. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. If I hadn't agreed to pay, I would have been left without a place to stay.
