We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandDefinitely not 4 star as shown on booking.com. The entire bathroom would flood when we would should because there was very poor drainage. The WIFI was terrible, won’t connect in rooms, just reception. The rooms aren’t too clean, the bedsheets, pillows had stains, the mirrors had stains. There was a man yelling at the staff because the breakfast was almost finished which was annoying and disruptive. The breakfast says continental but there was idli, sambar and a few condiments. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper (normally provided in the rooms). The water in the rooms were tap water not mineral water, not ideal for tourists. Getting to the parking is very steep.
The location is good to go to local attractions by rickshaw and the street has plenty of shops to visit as well. The AC works well. If you need anything you can call reception and they’ll assist.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy it as much as I would have liked, i encountered some issues with restaurent - staff availability, cleanliness and services. The "4Hrs" early check-in fee of 50% of my full day stay charge seems quite high, which is unacceptable.
During my stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of Mr. Guna at the reception desk.

IndiaThey are a little unorganised, we shifted 3 to 4 rooms during checking as AC was not working in any of the rooms. A few room lockers were broken though other infrastructure was good. They don't have backup bedsheets or towels, we faced challenges as no new bedsheets to change during room cleaning.. if they improve these small things, the hotel will be a good one.
