Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only problem is the location When I used to explain the location to the taxi wala they were unable to understand even in that situation. The staff response was so we called them and they said about the location to the driver
I like the staff response and their respect towards the customer the room was so hygienic and everything I loved it

Approach road and parking facility
Breakfast was very simple and basic but okay The approach to the hotel is very narrow with no proper parking it is advisable to use an electric or pedal rickshaw to commute, though the main temple is at a walking distance

One challenge is to reach the location via car as there are road restrictions on the main way to hotel and so have to take a longer route. Also parking could be challenging. It's newly build hotel and they r expanding, hopefully with facilities for parking
Hotel is located in prime location, just 150 meters wllnto jagannath temple. Staff and owner are very supportive. They provide simple but tasty breakfast. . I stayed with my family and we liked our stay. Biggest advantage is, u can go to jagannath temple anytime u want with 5 mins walk.

No Hangers, transportation is little bit difficult, need to maintain transportation from the hotel.

4 bed is Spacious. 2 bed room not Spacious. No Allamarah to keep language and hang clothes. No table to work or write some notes. Little more spacious need with Allamarah.
Very good staff. Very helpful nature.Staff guided us nicely.Nice breakfast Poha. Bed and bed sheets clean and good. Bathroom also clean. Check in and check very flexible. Because of check in and check out we can come again and stay happily without worrying for time. Thanks to Debabrata Senapati ji a very good person.

They're not operating a full fledged restaurant right now, but hopefully they'll start soon, The restaurant ambience was also good.
The ambience and accommodation inside was good. Also, the staff is very friendly and supportive. They help me through a lot of things regarding travel also, I observe that they are helping each of the visitors very well. Highly recommended for solo and family travellers. Also the hotel is nearby 350 m of puri temple.

Excellent stay and very reasonable price .Very clean and main hygienic.We are first' time visited puri and it very closed to Main Lord Jagannath temple.Very cooperative staff and very informative.. highly recommend and I would suggest to this Hotel vip prime to anyone who visit puri and special for Nearest to Lord Jagannath temple.
