Perfect place to stay in varkala. Close to beaches & cliff. Perfectly maintained and clean interiors. Sajaad was a real help. He made the stay more comfy. Felt like home away from.. ❤️

Accessibility: Reaching the property can be a bit tricky. Google Maps tends to direct you through a narrow route that isn't suitable for larger vehicles like a six-seater car—which we were using. Even a smaller car, like an Alto, might struggle on that path. The correct access route is a longer, roundabout way that Google Maps doesn’t suggest. App-based cabs like Uber etc. often drop guests at the nearby Blue Water Beach Resort. This happened to us as well, but thankfully, Sajid arranged an auto-rickshaw to bring us to the property. While we eventually got there with Sajid’s help, it did involve some inconvenience. It’s best to speak directly with the property owner beforehand to get accurate directions and then share those with your driver or cab service.

This property is located right by the sea, in a peaceful area far from the hustle and bustle of city life. If you're looking to relax and soak in the serenity, this is an excellent choice. Location: Just steps away from the sea—you can actually enjoy the ocean view right from your bed! Property: The building is newly constructed, so everything from the furniture to the curtains feels fresh and modern. The rooms are tastefully decorated with thoughtful attention to color and design. Bedsheets, towels, and other linens were clean and spotless. Hopefully, the owner will continue to maintain this standard. Service: Sajid, the caretaker, is always ready to help with a smile. His friendly and helpful attitude really stood out to us. Disclaimer: There’s no inhouse restaurant, but a nearby eatery offers a mix of Keralite, North Indian, and Continental food. You can also order from Swiggy, and Sajid will gladly provide plates, glasses, and cutlery. So, food isn’t a problem at all.

About this location is speechless marvelous adventures area. It is located 100 meter away from beach. Food they prepared is so good. I recommend this place for family friends and suitable for all. They maintained it very clean.

Because the resort is close to the beach the roads are very narrow to reach the resort. We were travelling with a big vehicle, Urbania and we could not drive upto the resort. So we had to arrange for two autos to drive us up to the resort and back to a certain point where our driver could pick us up. The resort owner arranged the autos for us. For some reason the water in the bathroom was brownish in colour. Not sure what the reason was.

The resort is very modern, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here. The resort is very close to the beach. He also arranged for a taxi for us on the last day to travel back to the airport.

I would like to take a moment to share my review of our stay at Vista Oceano Beach Resort. I had a wonderful time with my family—the place is very clean and well-maintained. I had requested an electric stove from the owner to prepare food for my 1-year-old son, and they were very accommodating. Here are some nearby attractions worth visiting: • Jatayu Earth Center (around 20 km away) • Mangrove Forest Kayaking (around 25 km away) • Paramotoring ( search flyvarkala on Instagram ) • Scuba Diving (contact the property owner for details) Vista Oceano is currently constructing a restaurant, which should be ready in a few months. In the meantime, there are a few restaurants along the beach, just 100 meters from the property. I would like to rate the property 10/10 based on the following criteria: 1. Cleanliness & Hygiene – The property was well-maintained and spotless. 2. Location & Accessibility – Close to the beach and nearby attractions. 3. Hospitality & Service – The owner and staff were helpful and accommodating. 4. Family-Friendliness – Suitable for families, including amenities for young children. 5. We were looking for a Beach view stay. The room was very clean and neat as they showed in the booking.com .The stay was very comfortable. The hotel management were flexible to explore the places on Varkala. They were available all the time to assist. Other Cafe & Restaurants are just in walkable distance along the shore.

Since this is a new property, there are several issues. The water coming from the taps was yellow, and the water from the washbasin doesn’t flow properly. There were ants all over the bed. Additionally, you will need someone to guide you to the property, as there is no proper road access

The accessibility to the location is less. It was a really small road on the edge of the cliff and someone has to guide us throughout. Sajad was clearing the path for us whenever we had to go out or come back. There was no restaurant so you can’t even get a tea when you need. When we wanted evening tea, there was no milk and he had to go out to get it. They really should keep everything in handy to serve the customers. They could’ve at least kept tea bags and milk powder. That’s a basic need I suppose.

The rooms were really clean. And the view was good. It’s a good place to hang out peacefully. Caretaker sajad was really polite and helpful. I might have called him a million times for every need and he answered every time politely .
