The property is good and on highway , it was my revisit here , the staff is very friendly and cooperative , this was the very big reason for me visiting here again

Excellent stay, No words to say, checkin within 5 minutes, rooms where neat and clean, staff so cooperative, Mr Vinod and Mr Hiraman was always s there to help us.... restaurant and the DJ was fabulous....

Had a fantastic stay at Vivaant Retreat! The property is gorgeous, service is excellent, and the highlight for us was the swimming pool so clean, well-maintained, and with stunning views all around. Truly the best place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

I stayed solo at Vivaant Retreat and honestly, it was just what I needed. The place is right off the highway, so getting there was super easy — no confusing turns or back roads. The views from the room were magical — clouds drifting by, gentle rain, total calm. I explored nearby spots like Camel Valley and Ghatadevi Mandir, both just a short ride away. Came back to hot chai and cozy corners. The staff was polite and gave me space, which I appreciated. Meals were fresh and homely. If you’re a solo traveler looking for peace, nature, and a little bit of soul-time, this place is perfect. – Priti Chandok

Very poorly maintained complex, Lifts were not working. Cable connection provided was only free to air channels. One of the Geysers was also not working, Frequent Light failure. The restaurant was very bad. No credit card to pay. Not worth at all for the money paid. It was like homes converted into hotel stay. They have A to E wings. Non had any hotel look. Old apartments sold as hotel rooms

The property was completely haunted. It was a residential complex in which resort was located. First of all the area was not at all maintained there was not proper lighting in corridor and even room was not having proper lighting and the images at this site are completely different from what actually was there. The bed was covered with hairs and we got to know over there that Wi-Fi is only at reception in rooms you wont be getting any kind of Wi-Fi so after seeing all this situation we decided not to check-in at resort.

Horribly rude desk staff, filthy rooms, disgusting stained bedsheets, slow(no) service,months old rat droppings in the cupboard(not surprising to the staff), water ran away in the bathroom that they took time to fix. Please note this is over just one day. Very poorly managed and guests have to spend hours in the lobby because of gross overbooking. Malpractices such as payment in cash only, otherwise extra 18%(why?). No cards. The hotel only runs because of the premises and on weekends.

Only the premises on which the group of hotels, one of which is Vivaant is good. Note that all the amneties shown(pool, sports etc) are common and not exclusive to Vivaant.
