The resort is great for the price, we had minor issues with heater and Ac in the rooms which need to be fixed but otherwise staff were wonderful and very accommodating to our requests! We had a great and memorable stay

It’s near Varkala beach. U easily get autos . If u love walking then it’s nice to walk back. It’s a new property. Pool was clean n of decent size.Rithun at the property was very helpful. Only point of improvement is the variety in breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this property,Signature Varkala by Voye Homes.Everything was smooth from the beginning to the end.The staff were very co-operative.Property is near to Varkala cliff.Also rooms are very spacious and hygienic.

Amazing accommodation. Great team. Rithun was amazing and made everything run smoothly. Also the f&B manager was always available to help with a smile. Totally recommend it.

Door was so tight. Very difficult to open and close it. Water coming from pipes was in yellow colour and the water tanks got emptied frequently disturbing the water supply to room. The restaurant was not able to provide breakfast for the guests staying there.

couldnt pay with card- it was a ridiculous app situation which doesnt work without an OTP/indian SIM. I paid in cash and got an obviously forged receipt. Also staff pressured me and my guest to make a review in front of him and stilll that link he gave us didnt work.

Wish there were loungers+umbrellas around the pool to laze around. But no issues otherwise.

Beautiful property that's right in the middle of south cliff and north cliff. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The aesthetics were tastefully done. The cute little pool was cherry on top. The staff (especially Rithun)were super nice and welcoming and were very helpful with every request of ours. Definitely recommended.

A perfect stay near the Varkala cliff. The rooms are very clean. The staff there were very friendly. The housekeeping staff are very professional and friendly. The pool was clean. A perfect place to chill and relax.

The resort is not yet fully operational resort. There kitchen was not functional and we were not informed at the time of booking. The included breakfast was bought from outside. Hence, very limited options and cooked items were not exactly fresh. On Day 1, we ordered our breakfast from Zomato and paid for it.

Newly built. Good rooms. Staff did what they could. But honestly, we were over-charged. We were charged 10k per night when we booked. The day we checked-in, there own website showed 7k. Company did not respond at all when we raised this with the resort manager.

Discrepancy from what mentioned in booking.com . 1. Booking.com did not mention any upfront payment required by one day before the stay, hotel staff called and insisted to pay half of the total charges to be paid to confirm booking. 2. When opted for early check in at 11:00am, initially received the confirmation message from hotel. But one day before the stay the hotel staff called to inform that check in can only be done by 2pm!! 3. While check in hotel staff mentioned that whole charges to be paid during check in itself !! 4. There was no restaurant at hotel and this was notified one day prior the stay

One of the best swimming pool resort in Varkala. Clean and hygienic, friendly staff, best for family and friends. Walkable distance from Varkala main beach and cliff.
