the resort has a limited menu based on the availability of items since its located on the hill top.

The resort has a excellent view. Specially the rooms are mountain view rooms and you can see the mist flowing through the mountains. If you are lucky, you can see the clouds passing below the resort. I would give a 10/10 for the view and the stay.

Nothing specific, but we missed chapaati and toor daal... hahaha.

Location of the property, staff, cleanliness, room, food, the view from balcony, surroundings, plum estate (from where we plucked some plum), the hill where we did trekking, birds around and lastly but not the least chirruping of birds in the early morning where no other sound was there (I sat in the balcony for an hour at 6am just to hear chirruping of birds).

1. Access road to the property 2. Room size was a bit smaller than I expected 3. Cleanliness and Maintenance of the overall property was not up to the mark 4. Food (a la carte) was not very delicious

The staff was extremely helpful, all of them. The view of the valley from room was as seen from the photos, truly beautiful. The property is located off the main town and thus is peaceful. The service was pretty good. Breakfast options were good.

The bathroom shower area floor tiles were completely damaged and found protruded which can harm the guest while taking shower (Room G4) which was reported to the reception team. Room separation area ( drawing room to bedroom and bedroom to bathroom ) elevated separation tiles with sharp edges which harmed the guests. In addition, the separation tile kept outside bathroom door area is with height and all family members foot struck at least twice during the usage of the toilet.

Food was exceptional and tasty with limited kitchen staff. Breakfast and dinner as taken during the stay which was very delicious. Recommended to have varieties of food and would prefer to have some fish items to the non veg food category.

Ohh! Where to start! There was no wifi available in room only at reception and severe problem with parking but despite all this we felt fine due to excellent attitude of staff. Deluxe room without wifi and parking facility 3.5k was over priced.

Beautiful property with amazing view but more than that staffs are excellent. There was one old man helper he was so sweet and other guy Raghu also perfect attitude. The best was the manager, what a guy with so much patience and so hard working. Truly professional and excellent attitude 👌👌👌 love the lovely smile of every staff. Amazing staff 👍🏻

Overall this property is good in terms of the value, and location. The staff are supportive and helpful. Even the breakfast is tasty. Queen Room with Balcony was really good.

Kodaikanal to resorts roads are in bad condition and can be driven only by experts and as well as Car parking facilities are not fair

The view from the room was beautiful. The propety was well maintained. The washrooms were clean and hygienic. The staffs were professional. There is not much options for food but everything else made the place a wonderful option. I definitely recommend this place just for the beautiful Sunset experience!

Although the bed sheets and curtains are clean, they have stains.. They should buy new sheets and curtains. Wooden flooring has some minor damages and needs maintenance.
