Mohangarh Fort Palace was an excellent property. I’ll stay as a family was extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional. The food was excellent. Overall there was a pleasant day and I would highly recommend it.

A few power cuts, but they were resolved shortly and it gave us a brief moment to really see the stars.

Even better than the pictures. We stayed here on a trip of Jaisalmer, and loved every minute of it. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms and property were immaculately clean and well maintained. Included dinner is a buffet, but each dish was superbly prepared, and was presented with live local musicians - very romantic. Staying at this hotel you are truly staying at a fort. The pool was a bit chilly due to season, but it was clean and refreshing, and especially pretty after the sun had set. We also used the Spa which was very nice, and the specialists there were professional and friendly.

The only feedback I have is that the property should have had a fully functional bar; winters can be harsh without rum

Everything about it… This was the first time we’ve stayed in a fort and we absolutely loved it. And the food was just top notch. Along with the hospitality. Simple things like greeting guests in the morning go a long way.

Food could be better. As the location is little remote, signature dishes and unique desserts needs to be added to food menu.

Beautiful property with charming golden corridors and bougainvillea adds to it. Clean and well maintained. Live music show at night was also interesting.

1 hour drive from Jaisalmer, so taxis can be expensive. We were told we can't leave the fort and explore village? Unsure as to sure why this is - I think it was lost in translation.

A real hidden gem! This hotel has the friendliest staff who went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Thank you so much to Mosan for all of his help and hospitality, he was so kind to us! The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The building itself is so beautiful and the setting is so peaceful. There is lots to do in the hotel, they have a swimming pool, table tennis, pool room & a small museum with artefacts from the fort's history. We also used the spa and had a couple of treatments which was lovely and very reasonably priced! Lastly, the food here is delicious. The menu is varied with a good mix of Rajasthani food, western dishes and general Indian food. We hope to return here if we come back to Jaisalmer! Would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet break in a beautiful hotel!

Food variety was limited and fresh juice was missing from the menu for the price paid. Accessing Jaiselmer main city can be quite expensive as you it’s about 60-70 mins away

Beautiful and spacious rooms, true royal setting with amazing hospitality! Entire property is beautifully preserved with bougainvillea all over adding their charm to the fort. Had a wonderful New Year’s with family as there was folk dance and fireworks at midnight to light up this beauty. Bonfire to keep us warm in cold weather and we truly had a wonderful time !!

Location is the only disadvantage…but the roads from Jaisalmer to Mohangarh are good…

The power cuts were way too frequent during our stay (about 8x per night). That didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay, but it is annoying as they were so frequent. It's a pity they don't have solar power with so much sun! It was also quite cold when we visited (winter), I wish there were more heating devices or fireplaces across the restaurant seating area outdoors so that we could enjoy it more. There were not many western options for breakfast, which is a bit disappointing. At last - management needs to provide better hair dryers! The first one delivered to our room felt like a kids toy.

This place looks like a dream - I'd say it is even better than it looks in the pictures. Waking up to this view and having dinner at that garden was a peak part of our Jaisalmer experience, which we remember fondly. The staff was very friendly, accommodated our request for a quieter room and even managed to serve us some dinner when our ride back to the hotel was seriously delayed.

Awesome property..this is the youngest fort of India. We had stayed in Maharaja suite and it was huge and welll decorated. Staff is very courteous. Food is very tasty. Overall our stay was most memorable.
