The only thing that could be improved is time taken to check us in. Documentation and form filling took more than 20 minutes. Most of that info could have been asked in advance. Just the verification of information would not have taken that long.

It is hard to find something to fault with, but perhaps what could make it better would be the supplies in the bathroom, additional toothbrush, shaving razor, cream etc. In general I can't point a finger on anything specifically.

The first compliment on our stay is the "people - courtesy, friendliness, eager to help and informative". There was genuine eagerness and comfort in helping and taking care of the needs which extended from front desk to the dining hall. I would like to mention the people most of them from the dining room - Chefs - Sachin (buffet) & Javed (a la carte) made us relish and sometime overeat! The service by these were exceptional - served with smile and seriousness - Aniket, Prabhat, Kanik and Anuj. I would request you to convey our appreciation and thanks to them. I don't particularly remember the names of front desk and the security who were also genial and helpful, however "Kunju" made up our stay in the final moments! Thanks to you all and Keep it up.

We asked for an extra cot for our kid, but when we arrived at 1am, the cot was not installed yet in the room. We were tired and had to wait for it. That was the only negative point of the hotel.

There was a wide variety of items for breakfast and one staff was particularly very mindful of our orders, Mr Prabath. He has been taking care of us well there at breakfast. The room was very comfortable.

Location. It is in the otherside of highway from DLF Cybercity. Google map takes from a very bad road from behind the hotel. Amenities are basic when compared to a 5 star hotel. Small lobby

The check-in process can be optimized, especially at midnight when you are tired from traveling the whole day. But still the staff was courteous and helpful and he did his best. It's just that the process itself was time-consuming. The other thing is the way to get in, even though it's on the main road, but due to some blockades, it was a bit complicated. At midnight was a bit of hassle, as traveling at night in delhi, I always would like to avoid experimenting with roads and directions 😞 .. . Anyway it could be temporary only.

Great staff and facility. Breakfast was great. Staff was very accommodating. The facility is new and great. The bed was super comfy. After 12 hours of non-stop travel, the bed had to be great, and it was. 😀

Overly priced. A back dirt road with holes has to be taken to arrive to the hotel unless one comes to the hotel from the south on national highway. No close access to Metro compared to Welcome in Dwarka Sector. No other amenities close by or within walking distance e.g. restaurants, shops, public transport etc. Have to rely on Uber or personal car rental. Dinner options bit monotonous if you stay at the hotel too many days

Hotel has no cars and its so difficult to book a cab. The hotel needs good access. You have to cross the toll to go to the hotel which is around 2-3 km round to come back to hotel .

Only waiting for the gym and swimming pool to start the rest everything is great

The location…just near Ambience Mall…the property is beautiful and well maintained….although the gym swimming pool and spa are not operational yet but there is ample space if u want to go for a walk.The staff was exceptional in their behaviour and went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable The breakfast was elaborate and very yummy n the staff at the restaurant were really helpful …If u have to go to Gurgaon or that side I would really recommend this hotel🫶🏻🫶🏻
