All my requirements were met on time. The service is excellent. I found the staff warm and welcoming. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Overall, it's a great place for a mid-budget hotel. The breakfast is good as well. The rooms are fantastic for a mid-budget hotel.

Room was not clean , towel they provided was smelly instead of hand towel they gave tissue papers to use, no toiletries in bathroom , mattress was in poor condition it was broken from the middle and sunken not at all comfortable while sleeping No lift in the building and it was never mentioned any where there will be no lift not on booking.com as well There are moulds and fungus on wall unhygienic room conditions

I didn't like the place.There was not a restaurant, TV without a set top box,no wifi, only one staff,no locking system from outside,no lift.. Rooms were available on the 3rd floor and we had to reach by stairs.No room service,even to bring something like food,tea no one was available.How it is approved by booking.com I don't know how it was written while booking free wifi,TV,Breakfast will be available by paying 200 when thete is no kitchen.Sorry to say I will never book hotel through booking.com
