We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

QatarYou need to pass through curvy village road to reach the hotel, but that’s the part of its beauty.
The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The shower is very good. Food is very good. The rafting point is right in front of the hotel. Dedicated hotel parking is available right in front of hotel next to rafting point.

IndiaNothing major but if I have to be picky - Location - quite interior to be approached by car. It is connected via a pedestrian bridge to the highway but may seem secluded. It is about 20km before the actual Pahalgam town. - breakfast spread is limited, can have more options to choose from - Bonfire / Hookah availability is limited. Make sure you book yours in advance
- Newly built with great amenities and well maintained infrastructure. Centrally heated with neat rooms - Have internal restaurant with great food options. Hats off to the chef, tasted some really amazing food. F&B is superb! - Staff and hospitality: they are super polite and helpful - Extras: they provide option of bonfire and hookah on request with music in the evenings. Allows liquor to be brought from outside - Location: right next to the river and rafting point (in summers)

IndiaNo lift for 4th floor. Completely untrained Staff. Didnt feel like being welcomed. Very casual behaviour at reception. One who answers phone from rooms had zero idea on what was being asked about places to go or even basic food options.
Rooms were spacious and good bathroom facilities.
