Hospitality could have been better for this price range. We had to face few problems in the property like No water in bathroom, TV remote not working, No kettle, lack of change etc... but they solved it immediately when we pointed it out. They could have cross checked and cleared these issues before the room was allotted to the guests on the first place.

Rooms and toilets were neat and clean. Parking was also good. Taste of food was not up to the mark, but prices were affordable and service was neat.

The surroundings of the hotel has a lot of garbage which becomes an eysore.

Staff. Mr. Godwill at the reservation and front desk was very helpful. Even upgraded our room when I just mentioned that we should get something special as we were staying 3 nights. Room 103, the best room was given to us. Mr. John the all-in-one assistant was super friendly and efficient. The owner himself met us and guided us, arranging cabs and suggesting itineraries. Very happy.

There was a spider in the bathroom. There was a wired smell in the hotel because of construction work, But the debris and dust were adequately managed to a tolerable level. Access to the hotel is a bit narrow with limited parking space.

Food quality slightly needs to be improved taste wise. Wooden table and panel are made of dismantled parts of old trucks - looks bit odd with lot of burn holes. minimal parking facilities but manageable staff will help. Very minimum amenities.

The rooms allotted to Booking.com online bookings is left out rooms with no views and we have no choice to change the rooms. The hotel has 3 floors, but no lifts and it is difficult for senior citizens to use the stairs if the rooms are allotted in the lower floors where the rooms are. The staff are friendly, but it appears they don't like customers who arrive thru online booking from booking.com. They do not provide toiletries and had to always get to reception to collect the same. Very few staff to take care of guest needs. There is no response for calls from room telephone to the reception. There is no car parking space and had to park the car on the roadside at a distance.

The resort is situated in good location, with good vies of Tea estates. The food was good and it is made to order. The rooms and toilets are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

When we went there was a construction going on. Also, we had booked for a different room and got a different one. There was rain and the water was insider the hotel we were luvky that our room was not having any leakeages. Food is not at all good.
