I spent half of my vacation in a room other than my booked one. But they moved me later.

Possibility of ordering vegan dishes on request. The staff was very polite. Convenient for living on the beach. Nearby are shops, cafes, and currency exchange offices.

The electricity went off multiple times and the sound of the generator. Had dinner one night the food was not good. Location is best

Plenty of powercuts in the area, which is telling, of the disproportionate saturation of hoteliers, compared to the locals.. A vehicle is required to see anything other than the beach. No major issues.

The facilities were adequate, clean beds, and bathrooms.Selective upgrades to the rooms amenities made it functional and comfortable too. The area was well lit and by the sea. Service was prompt and adequate. Almost no mosquitos. The view is very nice, whiteish sand, some fishermen, beach enthusiasts etc. The hotel has a little seaside restaurant with the normal items. Plenty of options nearby. The Raddison has a property next to it.

It wasn't clean. The floor in the bedroom had footmarks all over the floor. The bathroom was smelly like wet dog, and I didn't want to step on it with my bare feet so showered with flip flops on. Although both towels and bedding smelled clean they looked worse for ware. I understand that replacing isn't very sustainable, but Maybe deeper cleaning is needed so that you don't see smears of the past. The aircon was working but you couldn't change the settings or the temperature, so the cold air was blasting on me when I was trying to sleep and I was worried I would get a cold. Thankfully I only had to stay for one night.

It's a good location and it was well air-conditioned. I know that the breakfast is good also.

landscape inside property is not developed yet .. it’s not resort where you can roam inside .. it’s just location to the nice beach that worked well .. restaurant is good

Loved the fantastic location, the great facilities and the courteous and helpful staff....also the food served at the restaurant which is located right on the beach was excellent...though menu is limited....but every dish that they serve is delicious...especially the Goan Prawn curry

It's a Beachfront hotel.. if you need some me time..want to be away from all hustle bustle of life..this is the place for you. Quite.. peaceful.

The room was close to the kitchen and it was naturally a little too loud to sit on the balcony. It would have been really great to have sunbeds at the beach but I understand it's a matter of needing more time to prepare for the high season.

Very friendly and service-minded staff. The room was comfortable with excellent location close to the beach. The bed was cozy and comfortable. You are provided with shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cup and bags as well as tea and bottled water. Simple but effective bathroom facilities with great water pressure in the shower. Excellent laundry service, good value for the money. The manager, Mr K was an excellent and gracious host that accommodated all my requests.

Wooden cottage Room needs improvement. Holes in roof and flooring cause all types of creatures to get in during late evenings. Doors dont lock properly leaving gaps. Main door has a translucent blinder which is almost see through needs attention. Pricing not justified for quality of room, however it felt I only paid a sum for the view.

All meals were good. Location excellent.

The propoerty didnot have anything else to offer than the room and restaurant. There was some construction going nearby. Restaurant's 1st floor was also shut. No sunbeds unlike the nearby beach resorts but that's fine for the price. The main entrance is narrow and you have to park the car about 100-150m from the reception entrance. The view from the restaurant was obstructed by some garbage bags placed on the beach shore. Would be better to get those dumped responsibly.

This is a great budget friendly option with beach access. The rooms were comfortable and staff courteous. Breakfast buffet was also good

The location is just perfect, bang on the beach and its nice and serene at the spot where Woodpegger is. The restaurant has a great view too. The wooden cottage is cozy and the staff very helpful. Perfect budget stay

Approach road to the resort; better beach facilities like chairs and umbrellas; Parking; more expansive menu.

Location was excellent; Food was very homely, yet delicious; staff were very courteous, especially Indrajeet, Buddhaa, and others. Special mention for Manager Moksh for being so empathetic at all times & responding with solutions. People frequenting the property were also very decent.

The requst for the room upgrade wasn't considered evenwhen the sea facing wooden cabin room was available. Breakfast variety could be improved and staff availability as well in the morning.

Room Size was just about ok and no balcony for ground floor

Good for boys trip..the rooms are not as shown in the pictures, but yes..it was clean, the bathroom was clean. The staff was helpful and the restaurant location is just too good. The waiter there named Buddha was very helpful and prompt. Must try Butter Garlic Prawns in the restaurant
