The basic rooms are very small. If you'd need a bigger room, you'll have to pay extra for the size. Small rooms feel a little congested.

The professionalism of the property is always good. Location is very close to Manyata.

Dim lights in bathroom & room. Food to be brought in hot cases like Swiggy. There is no bedside lamp switch. Kindly invest in these things for better hospitality in future.

Bloom? More like Gloom – A Masterclass in How Not to Run a Hotel If you're looking for a peaceful stay with warm hospitality, X by Bloom, Manyata, Bengaluru is the last place you should consider. The location? Buried somewhere amidst chaos, with zero car parking and noise levels that rival a construction site. Tranquility? Forget it. Let’s talk about the staff — robotic, disinterested, and completely unaware of the word "hospitality." You could wave a distress flag at reception, and they’d still look through you like extras from a zombie film. I guess that’s part of the “experience.” The rooms are a shoebox, with poor ventilation and lighting that seems perfect for a horror movie set. Want running water? Good luck — the health faucet was leaking non-stop, and even after complaining three times, it was never fixed. Apparently, maintenance is just a myth here. Housekeeping is a mystery. Beds don’t get changed unless you beg, bribe, or chant. And the management? Let’s just say they’re as responsive as a brick wall. Dear Mr. Tom Woolgar (CEO, Bloom India), plastering yellow walls and quirky signs isn't enough to distract guests from the underwhelming service and third-grade execution. If Bloom continues down this path, it's destined to be just another forgettable 2-star hotel with a good color palette. Verdict: BLOOM isn’t blooming — it’s wilting. You've been warned.

The room had a huge window next without curtains or blinds visible. There was a construction going on next to the hotel and in the morning there was bright sunlight that affected sleep and when I opened my eyes, what I saw was construction site workers with complete view of the bed and the room. This was very uncomfortable. It could be very u settling for a family or female traveller. Secondly, the breakfast was offered in a packed manner and delivered to room at 8 AM. This can be equalled to a meal you get in a train. Highly recommended that you don't pay extra for this namesake breakfast.

There is loud music and noise until at least 12 midnight from a nearby gym. This is not convenient for anyone who wants to get a good nights sleep. There was noise and smell of smoke outside the room late at night. Only booked it because I had liked another bloom hotel near airport in Bangalore. This was nothing like that. Will not be booking at this location anymore.

Couldn't sleep much at all. Extremely noisy location. Loud music from the public bar upstairs, traffic blaring from the adjoining road, loud conversations in the hallways. No breakfast facilities
