Loved how warm and welcoming the caretaker was. Always helpful and looking after the property - so big shout out to Shivraj! The room though a bit small was overlooking the garden and very comfy. The breakfast was nice with idli chutney and a rice dish available. No tea / coffee but you can always make your own. The kitchen being available to everyone was a big bonus.. the location is about 20 mins walk to Mysore palace and a few small eateries about 5-10mins walking distance away. Amrutha veg restaurant was our fave. All in all a great comfortable stay and would definitely consider coming back here !!

Only fan no A.C. in summer could be a bit difficult at night, but the notification regarding this has shown on the property's booking.com introduction.

The helpful staff, the yard, the clothes drying rope, the wash machine, the clean shower and toilet. There are several good restaurants nearby in a walking distance. Not far from the Mysuru Palace either.

The staff are super friendly, the place is very nice and calm, quiet and that is difficult in India hehehehe. With a mini garden, really nice! :-)

Would be nice if hangers are provided to hang used clothes. It’s also nice to have a small cooler in family rooms in hot summer time as it gets dusty and hot at nights.

There should have been at least access to in-house tea and snacks in house, either u have to prepare yourself or order from online food apps.

The old house with a nice garden in front of it is very charming. Our room was clean and cozy and the staff was friendly. We stayed just for one night, it was perfectly fine!

The private double room is compact and could benefit from a few additional amenities, such as an extra power outlet, hangers, a cupboard, and a wiper in the bathroom. It’s also evident that communication on Booking.com is managed by a different team than the reception staff. While this isn’t a major issue, better coordination between the two would help ensure important information isn’t overlooked.

The property is beautifully maintained, with a charming atmosphere that adds to its appeal. Its location is a very good base for exploring the rich history and culture of Mysuru. The staff are kind, and ready to help.
