United Kingdom1- I requested a non-smoking room and was shown a room, stinking of heavy cigarette smoke. This room was big. When I complained, I was offered another room, which was clean and did not smell of smoke. The receptionist, Preema, told me that she had upgraded me to a better room. I am unsure how moving from a bigger room to one that is 2/3rd the size of its original size is considered an upgrade, when everything else remains the same. 2- I requested to use the laptop at the reception, which is connected to the printer, to check in for my flight and print out a boarding pass. Her HIGHNESS Preema categorically DECLINED the request. Mukesh, another receptionist, spoke to the owner and allowed me to use the laptop and print out the boarding pass. All this took less than 90 seconds and under the watchful eyes of Mr Mukesh. My point is, you pay Rupees 2750.00 per night, where most of the day you are out and come back in the evening to have a sleep, and these people are making a BIG FUSS to let you print out a boarding pass. WHAT A SHAME. 3- The "upgraded" room had no working fridge. The boy came and made it work by switching the plug for the socket that was for the kettle. So when you wanted to have a tea or coffee, disconnect the fridge and then make a tea / coffee. HOTEL YASH PALACE, please fix the electric sockets. 4- The food prices served in the room at this hotel are brought from the hotel next door, which has a restaurant. The hotel is next door and HOTEL YASH PALACE charges Rupees 20 to 100 more for identical items. Also, HOTEL YASH PALACE charged 10% service tax. Whereas the hotel they get the food from charges 5% service tax. In other words, if you can go to the restaurant next door, go have the food there, rather than asking for a room service. The food is really good. 5- Unfortunately, all these hotels in Mahipalpur are the same, some worse than others.
1-The location is excellent, and the necessary amenities are nearby. 2-Excellent pure vegetarian restaurants offering fresh food only 5-7 minutes walk on the main road, and the price is less than half that offered by the current hotel. 3- Do not request a taxi from the hotel, order by Uber / Ola, which are cheaper.

United KingdomThe room was adequate, but disappointing as our booking was for a deluxe room. There was no sitting area and no windows, Breakfast was included but it was not made clear to us that it was cooked on demand.
The hotel is very conveniently located for the Aerocity metro station (5-10 minutes walk) to give easy access to the airport and Delhi city. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet.

The property is very close to the main road. If you are coming by own vehicle they have parking as well. Very clean inside the property. Also the rooms are very clean and neat. They have wifi for free. Television with YouTube and other streaming as well. Bathroom is really clean. Bed and other linens are very clean. Room is very big. Also the staff is really nice. Specially the reception staff very kind and polite. Also friendly and you can discuss with them for any assistance.

Czech RepublicWe paid for a deluxe room but our room was not anything alike. The walls were moldy and the room was damp. There were holes in the wall so it was windy and noisy. The bathroom appliances were rusty and covered with limestone. We think that the hotel was under reconstruction but this situation was not mentioned anywhere. We could hear the noises during the whole day.
