The caretaker Parth was quite accommodative and had great communication. He constantly helped us out with local suggestions and met our requests in a timely manner

There were a few mosquitoes in the room

Nice property with budget friendly rates, specifically the manager was very attentive and he guided me properly and he gave very good hospitality.

Amazing service by reception desk! I was staying alone for two nights, and they made me feel very comfortable and at home. I even lost my room key on the second night, but the staff handled it without any fuss. Room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was very good! Great value for money. Wifi was strong, and despite the holidayers, staff ensured silence at night. 10/10 recommend

Really enjoyed my stay at hotel yolo. The owner is so nice, it was always a joy to see him. The room is basic but has everything you need so is great value. They’re currently renovating some of the rooms so it will be even better soon. Would stay here again

Very attentive staff. The number is quite acceptable for its price. Five minutes from the beautiful lake. The center is far away. But you can find street food next to the hotel

Staff were fantastic, very helpful and informative, couldn’t ask for more.

A bit run down in places, such as walls in bedroom. Also there was no hot water in the shower but I’ve come to expect that in India anyway.

The staff is really friendly and cooperative. They kept checking on if anything was required. The rooms were quite good for the amount being paid, the sheets were clean and the washrooms too. The routine clean up must be requested or else they won't come n change the sheets. For a budget solo traveler this was really worth it.

The location of the hotel room is quite far from bus stands and other bike rental places. Transportation might be a headache sometimes but manageable.

Location is at walkable distance from lake. Rooms are small but very clean. All the facilities are provided. And communication from the owner is really great. It's truly value for money property. You will feel welcomed.

Staff was nice

There was no mirror in bathroom, no dustbin in room, for bathing there was no plastic stool for sitting, bedsheets were full of lint.

Clean room and good staff

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They helped me in everything I needed, and were very responsive face to face and via whatsapp. The manager has excellent English and it was a pleasure to speak with him. The room was quite comfortable for such a cheap price, and the area was very quiet - contributed to a good night sleep. In addition, the hotel is located just 10 minutes walk from Sukhna Lake, very convenient for nature lovers.

I slept well, but the mattress was a bit too hard. No AC in the room - it was a bit cold - just wear warm clothes. On my last night, the staff changed my room, and I discovered it was a room with no hot water. I asked for a solution and the staff provided me with a bucket of hot water and they apologised as well, but still - it was disappointing to discover there was no hot water late at night :( I hope it's just a one time mistake

I really appreciated the hotel owner's hospitality. He thoroughly explained which places I could explore in Chandigarh and provided clear directions on how to reach them. Additionally, the room was neat, clean, and well-maintained and its proximity to Sukhna Lake was an added advantage.
