Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyNothing. Maybe just the curtains in the room could have been ticker and I had to put a mask on my eyes for the light in the morning. But its a very small detail.
I liked everything! Such an amazing stay. My room was big and comfortable. Big shower and couldn't ask for anything better. It was such a quite a cool place to be. The german bakery, part of the place, is an amazing cafe with amazing food, amazing staff and amazing atmosphere. I had breakfast every morning with cakes, coffee, fruits and everything was so good. They have a huge menu. I also had dinner every night, and the staff was amazing! I never knew what to take and they always helped me to choose, and the last night they cooked some chicked which for me was too spicy and they just changed it and came up with an idea for a plate not spicy. Everything I asked, from food, help with the laundry, info, the fan on the table, they always said yes. They even took a bulb out on top of my table because I didn't want any light!!! So if you want good food, nice and quite place, good music, nice people, and to feel at home, YOU HAVE TO COME

The place is quaint from the crowed chaos of Anjuna but right at the heart where everything is at walking distance. Akshay was helpful and was prompt on service. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony. The front porch had a nice vibe.

The grounds are beautiful and the famous Germany Bakery restaurant attached to Zenobia is out of this world. Sonu and Chandan speak perfect English and couldn’t have been more attentive. Solar panel heated hot water even for the cheaper non AC rooms is also a bonus.

IndiaThe rooms are not maintained properly. We booked 2 rooms. The TV didn't work in either of the rooms. The air conditioner in 1 room stopped working mid way. Could do with proper dusting and cleaning. We had to change one room because of stains on the toilet seat and broken chair and lock!
The staff was very responsive and always courteous and ready to help.
