It is not very near to airport. Initially they say it is about 3 to 4 km, but actual kilometres is from airport 9 to 8 km. they give airport near hotel. I don’t know.

Great location with places to eat. Clean room with AC and air fans, and I could sleep well. Mr Shiva is very helpful.

Room is big size.

We arrived for check-in at approximately eleven o'clock. The staff was helpful and efficient, but he was unable to obtain breakfast—at least not from outside—and I'm not sure if he really attempted to do so. however, we were still able to purchase food through apps (Zomoto and Swiggy). All things considered, this is the closest hotel to stay at if you are heading to another country and want to catch flights on time.

Car park not available. Only street parking. Restaurant not available, but they arrange from outside on request Your website claims that property is a few thousand feet from airport. IT IS 8 KM AWAY!

All Electrical Power points need to be secured, little more cleaning of the bathroom walls would be good... flush behind the toilet has gaps, we can see inside the wall... better to cover those gaps... Main concern is only Electrical power points only, they are not secured in all places.

Excellent Service, very nice place closse to the airport. Clean bed room and Toilet. Large space.. recommend foreigners to take a chance to stat in this establishment. The establishment will arrange everything what you need, very friendly ! I had a great experience, 4th vist to this establishment. They can organise a reasonable price and Taxi services to all over, whatever destination you wish. One oronge the Beat car driver is Mr. Haresh. I am greatful to him. "SECURITY AND PUNCTUALITY" is the priority!!! Great Establishment !

They were very accommodative.. as I requested an early check in, they accommodated me grand villa hotel. The room was small but new , neat and clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend them.

I went to the reception - they did not have a booking in my name. I asked reception to check again to confirm whether no booking in my name meant that my request to cancel the booking was accepted by them. The reception confirmed that there was no booking under my name. After taking all the above steps I find it surprising that the property has charged me for the booking, even though verbally when I went to the reception it was confirmed that there was no booking under my name, They also mentioned that their facilities including SPA was non functioning due to no internal reasons. Even though when I went to the reception, the hotel reception confirmed to me that my booking did not exist, so I was not expecting to be charged for it. Now they have charged me for it.

We booked two rooms from 12:00 PM on 19/08/24 to 12:00 PM on 20/08/24. However, the second room was not made available until 4:30 PM on 19/08/24. When we initially inquired, we were told the room was being cleaned, but later we were informed that the previous occupants had not vacated and were still using the bathroom. As a result, the room was inadequately cleaned, with hair found in both rooms. When I suggested canceling the booking and taking just one room instead, the staff responded rudely, insisting that the booking was confirmed and payment was required upon arrival. The management is disorganized and unfit to run accommodation facilities.
