There are couple of things that we did not appreciate. - No towels were provided near the swimming pool, which does not reflect the stance "The Park" puts forth. - In the morning, we asked the staff if there is a bufffet. And the response was, if hotel is filled up, they will put a buffet, else it was ala carte. The next morning for breakfast, we were not very hungry, so we asked for "ala carte". But, the staff said it was only buffet. They were fine to let us was very disappointing, considering when it is not busy, they offer ala carte.

Location is good, the premisis is nice, neat and clean. When we went that hotel was not so busy and hence all facilities were available for usage. Overall, not much to complain, I would say.

Restaurant food is quite costly with respect to the quantity.

Staff behaviour, cleanliness, very good quality Toiletries and towels. Excellent spread of buffet breakfast.

The food price is on the higher side. The number of staff is very less compared to the boarders. Only handful of staffs are there, who were struggling to meet the demands. Hence the service is late and compromised in some cases. However the staff behaviour is polite and good. There should be more staffs appointed.

The location is very serene. Though the property is not Beachfront but still the ambience is very good with serenity and greenery. The beach is only 7 mins walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast spread is excellent. The taste and quality of food is also quite good. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Noise through the walls was a bit of a downer but thankfully didn't last long.

Quite an impressive property with very well set up rooms and lobby. Was quite surprised to see such a big property in such a sleepy little place.

The food was quite bad. This is not expected in a Park hotel chain. The menu has a lot of options but nothing helps if the cooking is that bad. The staff in reception, restaurant and house keeping team seem untrained. They are inefficient at their job (particularly reception and restaurant staff) and they are impolite. It seems they have no clue how to behave with guests.

Location was good. The building and the rooms were nicely designed. Cleanliness was also ok.

No buffet dinner. MAP menu had ltd choice for veg dishes of main course even prep of veg dishes was not satisfactory.

There was no hot water, in the evening or morning.

This is a new property and is very well appointed. Rooms are spacious, and some rooms have balconies, which offer a distant “sea-view.” Breakfast is sumptuous, the staff is friendly. Hot water was a challenge, both in the evening and in the morning, not sure why. Wi-Fi is good. The location is a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Whenever I stay at a Park property, I end up ordering a Kolkatta Kathi roll, room service confirmed it would be a roomali roll, but what was delivered was a paratha roll, not sure why. Would recommend this property for sure.

I booked a in Zone by the Park, Gopalpur through booking.com. In a couple of days my travel plan changed, so I modified by booking. The app gave me a lower fare as I was checking out one day earlier now, than original booking. When I reached the hotel, they charged my credit card for the initial booking. As I pointed it out, they acknowledged the mistake and said that they did receive the notification for date change, but the money has been deposited to their owner's account and it cannot be returned now. They promised to "look into the matter" after I check out. I had to argue with them for half an hour, and then only they gave the extra money that the deducted to me in cash....no compensation for my harassment and time ! unprofessional staff.
