The location, accessibility and cost deserve a thumbs up. However, the place does not have a lift and single accommodation rooms. Also, cleanliness needs more improvement especially in the terrace

Shower and jet flow was too low so that can be checked on daily basis by staff themselves .

liked the vibe of hostel... good polite staff. had good time with tarot reader Shravan . Also connected with fellow zostlers during standup comedy night.... Overall , my first stay in Zostel was good and will always be memorable.

The cleaning service is bad. Toilets were dirty and not cleaned for days. Daily multiple times cleaning is required especially if 8 people are using the same toilet.

Located near office, restaurents, sports arenas and bus stops, it is extremely convenient

Con the room odour ( need some kind of decent spray given all kinds of people walk-in, Students, Working men, Young folks etc). The bathroom was not maintained as I can see all sorts of stuff on the wash basin that you find it difficult to go there. No Keyser working (it's on but not heating enough, if you know Bangalore weather and taking baths in damn cold water from the storage). No parking space ( only if you came by car to park, which I did and then I parked at the office itself luckily as its nearby walkable for me.

I arrived, and check-in was quite digitized and had no issues. The rooms were decent ( 8 beds 2 stacked up each), but spacious, comfortable with AC, Fan - one rest-room., given the wi-fi to connect 20 to 30mbs or dropping off often though, but manageable given the number of people linking to it ( I think they use extension instead floor based or room based dedicated Wi-fi). Nearby eateries, very good - its a bit chocking point of signal to reach the hotel if you come by Car ( mind the peak hours, you get damn stuck to go anywhere that much traffic on the point, rest of the day its fine to move around)

ppl eat in lobby and throw away packaging materials in lobby areas. would recommend putting up a dustbin separate for food waste and paper waste though the stafff take stride efforts to keep it clean, some stayers smoke drink and throw food im public spaces and go for good nap.

location, dorm bed cleanliness, staff behaviour once ppl enter the dorm, they followed common etiquette like not speaking in phones when everyone was sleeping, nor making noises.

We had opted for the bunk beds in mixed dorms. There were no privacy curtains even in the mixed dorms. The doors had a lot of creaking sounds. So, getting a sleep is difficult. The facility is not clean and has hardly any maintenance. Though the hostel has no smoking, and no alcohol policy people were doing the same on the balcony.

One thing I didn't like is, you are forced to pay 150/- in order to use the locker. You can't even use your own lock for the locker.

The stay was overall nice. Location is not that good. Its into residential area. If you're thinking for a clubbing area, then the location is a bit far from that.

Not clean at all

Lived in mnanh Zostel properties and always had a pleasent experience. I was very surprised to see this property-it has many issues here - rooms are clean but washrooms are very dirty, can’t even stand there . Very poorly managed , old stains in washroom . Common area specially rooftop was very dirty

I believe the plumbing in the washroom should receive an overhaul. Currently, things are functional but barely. Since the bathroom and toilet are combined in this Zostel, I think adding a shelf or organizer would be a good idea as it'll help guests with their toiletries.

The staff maintaining the property are very polite and helpful and deserve a special mention here. One of the best common room environments I've found in zostels I've visited. Beds are comfortable.
