The smoke area can be in one place. Non smokers are not comfortable including me. Please think about it and make the changes. That helps a lot of people to have a peaceful time in zostel.

Rooms can be cleaner. I could see corners of the rooms were not cleaned.

The house is well kept, with cats and a dog living in it too. Cool spaces to chill or work in.

Just one Toilet for many dorms is not practical..too much waiting time for the use.

When I asked about sightseeing places, a lady in receptionist was confused, lacking about the places, she simply gave me a pic of places nearby and said just go to busstand you will find out I'll show you the picture which I captured it from her phone !! . and No Frequency of Buses to City Bus Stand Can take rapido or auto will charge around 36₹

Everything was good the location, staff, vibe, facilities, cleanliness, comfort but only thing went wrong was AC was not working properly and the bathroom flush was really slow to get refill.

Room and the building in general feels a little cramped. Floor cleanliness could have been little better, since we leave the footwear outside.

The garden and the rooftop are nice hangout spot. But the location, staff and everything else is very decent

Great location with good options of eateries around, Mysore is such a walkable city, and this neighborhood is a good example of that - enjoyed our morning and evening strolls. Ms. Nagu was very accommodating as our host, with her local recommendations and guest introductions. The dorms are neat and compact, with shared spaces that are well-kept. Good mix of local and foreign travelers, making for very interesting exchanges across your day. PS: The much-hyped Sapa Bakery is a 10 minute walk from the property.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no toilet paper and the bathroom was all time wet on the floor. It's normal I guess but I prefer if there is a mat where you can stand on or a wiper to dry the floor.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I liked the facilties and the whole atmosphere in the hostel. It was a tip choice. Clean, nice location. Plenty restaurants around.

The road is noisy. We were on the ground floor and our room was right next to the road and a chai restaurant. You can expect it to be noisy until 11PM when it closes. We used ear plugs most nights.

The common bathroom outside was smelly and did not have a shower. AC in the room was dripping water.

The room and attached bathroom were clean. The sit-out area was pretty. Loved the dog and cats. I was attended to as early as 7am when I arrived at the hostel. I could keep my bag in the waiting area till check-in time. I could also keep my bag in the waiting area after check out and come back to collect it in the evening before my bus.

Room can be a bit more spacious with room for luggage. No space to fit big suitcases. But feasible for light travelers.

I liked the staff and the location. Also the pets. I loved that they had a book shelf, though most of those aren't my go-to genre. They helped us to look after our stuff after check-out time as we still had to explore most of the city.
