The food was a bit pricey for a budget traveller like me.

The hosts Bashar and Monica are truly amazing souls. They're very kind to pick me up when the police were not allowing me to pass through due to curfew. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They assisted with everything that I've asked for. The property has some amazing amenities that you don't feel like a hostel but more like a 4 star hotel. Property has been planned beautifully.

The owners Bashar and Monica were truly amazing. The J&K SoG were not allowing tourists after 15:30 hrs due to Yatra. Both of them picked us up from there. The responsibility they took towards their guest is outstanding. The property is very well maintained. The room and bathroom were very neat. The beds were kept very tidy. The dorm room was very spacious. They have central heating in all rooms, common areas and their cafe as well. The view from the cafe is mind blowing. The common area is very welcoming. The staff - Ishwaq, Khursheed were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. Their service is outstanding.

Very calm place, overlooking hilly forest and nearby river for cold dip. Hosts (Monica and Basharat) are even more delightful. I had a lots of fun with staff members too (played cricket and board games).

Best hosts you can find. Monika and Bashar are both great managers and amazing people that will make your stay memorable. The property is pretty and well maintained. Good food in the restaurant, and amazing vibe in common areas. Forest - the dog - is always there for you and your cuddles.

Lovely design and interiors. The vibe anyway is super cool as its always with Zostel. The cafe's ambience is awesome though the food was disappointing [we ordered just the basic bread (not toasted)-omlette (burnt)] I didnt dare trying anyother food. Anyway, I loved the private room with balcony. Excellent facilities and cozy room with beautiful interiors.

We stayed one night in a room and other 2 nights in dorm. Room had bed heaters, it was spacious and clean and with 2 balconies. Overall we had very comfortable experience. And the staff there who severs food is just amazing and very helpful.

I wish this proposal was closer to Pahalgam

It was a good property. Food was good. Staff were helpful. The common area had good interiors and amenities. It was fun staying here. We went for a hike just behind this project and met local people there. It was amazing. The best part was on our first day snow fell and it was an amazing experience.

Too far from the main city

Amazing location. All the rooms were spacious, common area was well lit and the dining area has so many games. We played "Mafia" all night and later changed to "playing cards". The host wud come and help us out with the games as well. Great hospitality. Wud love to come again. Very nicely constructed property

Zostel Pahalgām is one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at—not just for the place itself, but also for the amazing people, delicious food, ideal location, and overall vibe. It felt like home from the moment I arrived. I had only planned to stay for a night, but I ended up extending my stay because it was so wonderful. As a solo traveler, I’ve had my share of not-so-great experiences, but this was the exact opposite. Bashrat and Monika were the sweetest hosts you could ask for. Khursheed bhai, Faizan bhai, and everyone else were always there to help with anything I needed. And Danish bhai’s food? Incredible—he makes the best poha! I also got to meet some amazing people and build great connections. The view from the hostel is stunning, too. Everything about this place was just perfect!
