I had a comfortable dorm room to myself. There's a good choice for dinner, important as it's a longish walk into town. Staff is lovely, and the bonfire at night made for a nice social gathering spot.

The road condition from Ravangla to Rinchenpong was quite rough, which made the journey a bit taxing. Also I wish there was a lift from the room to the outhouse/kitchen, as climbing up that hill was quite a task!

Waking up to the breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga in the morning was an unforgettable experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an exceptional stay!

Zilch! There was absolutely absolutely nothing that I did not like!

Everything! I cannot mention a single thing that I did not like about the property. Super super comfortable beds, spacious and airy dorms, hot drinking water available all the time. Amazing staff, every single one of them, Anu, Sahil, Lawrence, Binay and especially Chef! I'm an avid traveller, and I haven't come across such amazing, sweetheart of a staff! And the view from the rooms and the outpost near the space is to die for, the entire Sleeping Buddha will be visible on a clear day. And if you're an animal person, you'll have the time of your life with Charlie the catto and Hobo the doggo! Honestly, I can go on and on and on about how great my stay has been at this place, it became home for me for the 6-7nights I stayed. And I'm definitely coming back every single year now!

A lovely, new hostel with all the conveniences, an attentive, friendly staff and a good cook, Zostel is about 2.5 km outside town, so if late you'll need to take a taxi. The dorm was spacious with good window curtains to block out early sunrise, and the bed cover was cosy. The food was tasty, but breakfast was a bit pricey.

No WiFi!! this is a major drawback for any zostel. Also, buy a new carrom board.

My friends and I had a great time here. It was so chill and the staff and owners were really nice and friendly. Even the food was great!! Those chilly potato were to die for!!! Also if lucky, you get to see Kanchenjunga from here as well. Thank you so much for everything. 💜✨

The constant feeling of going back to Rinchenpong and finding my normal life boring compared to what I felt in Zostel Rinchenpong.

I didn't like some of the staff's behaviour. The main chief is very humble and polite. You can take food to the room, the main drawback for the Zostel resort. You have to eat everything in the canteen areas. The tea cup and glass for drinking water are not provided. When we asked they said come to the canteen and collect. That's not obviously we are not expecting.

The location and Zostel both are awesome. You can see Kanchanjanga from your bed and you need to go anywhere. The resort is new and everything is neat and clean you won't regret it after you come to Zostel Rinchenpong. The food was good. I can give 5 out of 5 for the Zostel and the location.

The location is a little difficult to reach by walking from where you get off the shared cab.

The location is beautiful. There is absolute silence and serene nature around the property. The staff are amazing. Big shout out to each one of them.. 💕 Also very cute and cuddly dogs around the property.. the little black puppy has got my heart ❤️

The stretch of road off the main road to the property was pretty rough although this doesnt seem like its going to be a problem in the future(efforts for reconstruction was underway) apart from that, there is nothing much to complain about. All in all a great place.

Absolutely peaceful. The dorms were very cozy and for a cold place like Richenpong all the dorms were well equipped with geysers and warm comforters. The common areas had plenty of seating options easily accommodating a huge group comfortably.

Nothing in particular. Just that the approach road is in construction, but the zostel people will help you in reaching there.

Very helpful staff. They were always so happy. Singing and cooking food. The food was so yummy. I loved especially the chicken nuggets and cheese veg wai wai.

The last part of road branched from the main road is just in making, if it's raining then the road is very bad and risky. The bonfire charges is 500, which can be done complementary for the guest just like other hostels. Electricity back up is not there at present, we were out of electricity from night to next day check out. We take it as an adventure,but it may be for any emergency situation.

The property is quiet big and spread-out location, it's view point and a walking surrounding the property is pretty enjoyable. It's just opened for the tourist few month back. The cleanliness is superb. Staffs are helpful. Of you want to enjoy the serenity of nature and a peaceful stay in an affordable price ,then it is the place .

1. No cleaning of the room. 2. No person at the counter 70% of the time 3. Bathroom ventilation does not close which caused me to get a fever and a very bad cold during my trip 4. Our room was just below attic room so we couldn't sleep as there was too much noise all the time. The owner angela also did not do anything after we told her the issue. 5. Location of the zostel very far from Rinchenpong or pelling town 6. No proper heating in the room. A very small and inaffective heater provided on demand. 7. No wifi or electricity backup provided in such a huge fare. 8. When we reached ( during afternoon) there was no electricity or electricity backup, making us take baths during the night and I fell extremely sick which ruined my trip. 9. The food order took 1-2 hours to complete 10. No heat in the common rooms either. No cleanliness. Both common rooms open making it really cold.

The staff are fairly young and not managed by anyone. As such at times the property has not someone specific to attend to guests. Needs someone with experience to manage the people. At times groups of guests were loud through the night, which wasnt something I was looking for at a secluded spot.

The location is great. Its a new property, so fairly clean. The balcony is great, as I stayed in a solo room and not the share dorm.

Stayed for 2 nights, spent the entire second night without electricity. In addition to that, there are way too many bugs in the room. Location is isolated as well.
