Incredibly private, quiet, cozy, comfortable, and special. This apartment is on a pretty little farm with ducks, chickens, all sorts of birds, and pleasant wildlife all around. We were incredibly surprised by how spacious and clean the apartment was. After a long day of driving, this stay had everything we needed to relax and unwind, including a beautiful view with nice cushions for the patio chairs, a very huge room, and a very big and toasty shower. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Clean, comfortable, great views

The room was spacious and very clean. Small but well presented kitchen. Bathroom and shower area was huge. The guesthouse is located just off the ring road. We had a very relaxing stay after spending a day on the road. Check in was very easy. The host sent the instructions via message.7

It is a quiet and peaceful place with a nice view.

When I looked at the pictures on Booking.com site I got the impression that it is a single house in the middle of nowhere. In reality it turned out to be a first floor of a two-storage house. There was a flat on the second floor, which did not spoil our stay any way.

A newly renovated apartment. Spacious, with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, en suite, and small kitchenette that was niicely appointed. Bathroom was large. Excellent shower. The views were amazing! Right off the ring so easy to access. Very clean. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night and loved it. Very comfortable apartment with a great view. We felt very at home there and the apartment was nice and big and serene.

We drive through a wind storm to get there. Once we arrived our room was snug and very protected from elements. It was a clean haven with amazing views. Sheep walked past our glass doors. It was quiet, clean and spacious.

Some portions of the barn where we were staying was still looking rather barn-like and rough and abandoned. If my mind thought about the space and rooms behind the locked door in the back of our room, it could feel sort of unsettling. I tried not to think about what was behind the door, and we were very comfortable. Having a couple eggs and some milk in the fridge would haven been welcome in the morning since there is not a grocery store near, and breakfast is not served.

this is the greatest guesthouse i had stayed in iceland for this trip. the room is super, clean and big, furnitures are brand new and the bed is quite confortable. we enjoy the big table for dinner and breakfast. quick and easy check in. nice but simple yard with desk and table for sunshine and afternoon tea.

if there is a sign in front of the house would be even better for guests, becuase the house look like desolated and nobody inside. the fact is it is a re-used for guesthouse room only, no use for second flour and other part of the house, there is no light in the night if you just arrived and will feel afriad wonder if wrong place

Stunning view, so peaceful and calm.

No microwave so we couldn't cook the meal we had bought. Also, kitchen needs a spatula as difficult to fry without one.
