Peaceful surrounding, scenic views especially from restaurant. Well insulated rooms with comfortable beds and functional bathroom. Loved the walk/hike to next town over

It was kinda annoying when the water went cold. the fridge was not that cold and the food was expensive for a night

We had a family suite. Very close to the statue. Walking distance. It was very pretty. New feel. there was a lot of space the beds were comfortable. there were two bathrooms and a kitchen the location was nice and we loved it

We enjoyed a family "cottage", which offered us a very pleasant stay. The hotel is located meters away from the sea, and sightseeing places. The evening walk was very pleasant!

Hot water was barely luke warm . We were advised that this was a cold part of Iceland & that the HW was only sufficient to last 20 mins before needing time to re-heat, but it wasn't at hot at all. Warm enough to have a very quick shower, but no risk of it being anywhere near 20 mins, or even 5!

The angry birds so many near there and they protect the Kria who had a nest and babies by the door of our hotel which made the front door impassible at times. It was humorous but nerve wracking 🤪🐦‍⬛

Probs one of the only hotels in that location. Sufficient parking and the walking loop around the area is very nice. We also had an issue with one of our tires and one of the employees (thank you Polish cook!!) helped us

The price is too high. Breakfast is not included and was expensive too. However, as there is no other places in the range of kilometres it is de facto a monopoly and they can set the prices. The room was dusty unfortunately. I would not stop for sleeping in Arnarsteapi..

The fact that you have only 20 minutes to shower until the water runs out since it's in an area where you don't have geothermal water sources.

Our room was a little small but it served the purpose.

Property consisted from little cute houses with view to the mountain. Thanks to big windows you could see icelands scenery from the bed. Bathroom Was very spacious and we had a tv in the room.

Only one pillow provided. Reception doesn’t open 24 hour. No way to checkout early morning. So we just left the key inside the room. So far so good.

The breakfast wasn’t included or discounted and was super expensive for what you got.

We stayed at other guest houses and rooms throughout the ring road. It was in a good location near the ocean and cliffs but nothing wowed us about this place. All the rooms are outdoors and spread out slightly but if you open the window you will see other guests in their rooms nearby. It was clean and bed was ok.
