The design, high quality furniture, view, and convenient parking with an electric Tesla charger, along with a large Jacuzzi, a fully functional kitchen, laundry facilities, tasteful decor, and so much more, these are just some of the highlights. The owner pays attention to every detail. From the moment we stepped into this luxurious apartment, which we view as a villa with a large green garden, we felt right at home. This was our second stay in Bay View Apartments and they continue to delight us! The owners have done an impeccable job outfitting this luxurious getaway. You will find all the staples you need close at hand. The decor, along with the view is just gorgeous. The property is conveniently located close to the airport in a charming town. Loved every single moment!

My husband and I were so delighted with our recent relaxing stay at the luxurious Bay View Apartments. It definitely exceeded our expectations! The hosts have done an amazing job with this incredibly well appointed get away. Everything we needed was right at hand. It was well stocked with coffee, tea, cooking spices and wine and champagne were available. The decor, along with the view was gorgeous. There is a well stocked grocery store nearby and the airport is a mere 15 minutes away. There was easy communication with the host who was very friendly and thoughtful. They had the hot tub filled and ready for us upon check-in and even gave us a shout to let us know there were amazing Northern Lights happening one evening. We are already planning our next visit back and cannot recommend it highly enough!

We booked the apartments after a week in a Campervan and it couldn’t have been more perfect for a final night in Iceland! The interior is SO stylish and everything is thought of, from the spices in the kitchen to extra toiletries in the bathroom! Watching the snow come down whilst sat in the hot tub was the icing on the cake.

The appartement offers 4 beds but in the living area there is only one couch, no armchairs, that's just not enough. You can't sit around comfortably with three or four grown up people. The second bedroom is also quite small, probably intended more for children. I was also missing the instructions for the heating and the kitchen appliances. But maybe I just didn't search enough, there were so many drawers. :) and we only stayed for a night. And unfortunately - always a knock-out criterion for me - the bed linen had a “flowery, citrusy detergent or fabric softener smell”. I react to artificial fragrances that are too intense with headaches, in the end I used my snowpants as pillow.

This is a luxery appartement and very spacious in most rooms. Of course the hot tub in the bathroom with the window is a very nice feature, which we really enjoyed. The whole set up looks to me like it's best for a cozy couple retreat.... Hot tub, two showers next to each other, mirror in the bedroom, wine and champagne in the kirchen...everything was very "state of the art". And a stunning view! The contact with the owner was very friendly, we had to inform them that we would arrive a day later due to the bad road conditions and they had everything set up for us so that we could just walk in and enjoy. Thank you.

Unfortunately there was a slight issues with one of the room and the temp was at 17degree to sleep in for our last 2 nites.

The owner is very thoughtful and provided almost everything we can ask for to have the guest a comfortable stay. We even see aurora on the second nite.

The design is both elegant and comfortable. The bathtub facing the ocean is the icing on the cake, along with the strategic location for viewing the Aurora and sunset at the old lighthouse. I loved every single bit of it – definitely an amazing place for a holiday. The owner is friendly and helpful too!
