A very friendly and helpful host and a very quiet neighborhood.

Loved everything about this apartment. Very centrally located, the apartment is right next to restaurants and supermarkets. The place has everything, cookware, washing machine and even a dryer. It was spotless clean and warm and featured a balcony for the lazy evenings. The free parking was very helpful. The host was super helpful and very responsive and communicated the instructions in a detailed manner. We would definitely stay here again whenever we visit Reykjavík again

Great location, very smooth and uncomplicated check-in and check-out, spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to all main sightseeings.

Received detailed email with pictures from the host to collect the keys. The property was spacious, with all the amenities, close to stores, sights, restaurants, free parking. Did not get to meet the host, but was able to communicate by email.

Would have liked extra towels and sheets. The walk-in shower did not have door, so the bathroom floor got all wet and there were no extra towels.

Nice and spacious apartment in good and quiet location not far from city centre. Very well equipped kitchen. Clean apartment. Parking place in the garage for free. Two grocery shops very close within 10 mins of wals.

The apartment is located next to Hlemmur and has its own parking space which is a money saver for downtown Reykjavik! Ragnar is excellent in communication and very helpful with directions about the check in, wifi, etc. The apartment is fuly equiped with all amenities, including a washing machine and dryer for those who might want to pack lighter for such a trip :-) The balcony is super nice as well, and it there is aurora activity, you can simply experience it from there. :-) Can definitely recommend this to everyone and might book myself again in a future trip in Reykjavik!

Everything is perfect

Owner was very friendly and professional. The house is beautiful and clean. Everything is functional. The underground parking is very useful as well. Don't have cons.

The flat was clean, modern, well stocked, conveniently located and very comfortable. Really felt at home there. So glad we chose to stay here.

Very clean and comfortable apartment that was close to everything we needed. Self check in and obtaining access to the underground carpark was seamless.

There is a reason why this apartment is rated almost ten. It was spacious and very clean. Bus stops 13 (right outside) and 12 (a short walk) for tour pickups are close by, and the city bus stop is also close. Above all, the host Ragnar was very accommodating to all our needs due to our early arrival and schedule changes. What a lovely stay it was. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is just amazing. Beautiful, cosy, clean, spacious, easy to find, with all the amenities you need. The host (Ragnar) is very helpful, kind and responsive. I highly recommend the place. It was the best accomodation in our 14-days road trip through Iceland.
