Wonderful place and Wonderful house

It was't clear enought how to through the trash....

Location was great. You can walk to the tomato farm and restaurant Mika. Close to the golden circle attractions and secret lagoon. The communication with the host was fantastic. Instantly responding to any queries and checked everything was ok. The property was stocked with everything you needed.

As others have said, it is bright at night time. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights from the garden but it was much brighter just outside the town.

Classic accommodation, quite near to quite a number of touristy places

The place is warm and cosy. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the showers are excellent. The whole place was super clean and had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen. The sauna and hot tub were a great addition and we're easy enough to use. The owner was really helpful and responded to messages very quickly. We all really enjoyed our stay and kept commenting about how nice the accommodation was throughout.

I think the only downside is that it's right next to a tomato farm which has incredibly bright lights on all throughout the night so you can't see the night sky at all. A short drive out from the town is enough to see the Northern lights, but don't expect to see them from the garden.

Great house, with plenty of space for a family of five. House was clean and well stocked. Good location for the golden circle.

Very spatious

This truly was a cozy, charming home equipped with everything that you need to ensure that your stay in Iceland is perfect. Everything was comfortable, clean and well kept. After long days of exploring we always looked forward to arriving back at the house to rest and relax. Good instructions to help find the home and prompt replies from the owner. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

An amazing, well equipped house on the golden circle route. Being able to walk to the tomato farm was a bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent. The photos don't do this lovely house justice, and we would certainly return for another visit.

The house is perfect! Very spacious, has everything we need :) we stayed for four nights and loved it! We also loved the sauna! Location is perfect in the golden circle, and close to the secret lagoon, geyser, the National park, and supermarket :)

The only small thing could be improved is the creaking sound from the wooden floor.

Well equipped, plenty of space and very comfortable. The hot tub and sauna were a bonus. The location worked very well for us. The host gave good tips and responded to questions quickly and clearly. We would happily stay here again.

As we were two families meeting up, the bed configuration was slightly challenging. Needed a second double bed ideally. The stairs to the mezzanine are steep.

What a beautiful house! Solveig, the host, was friendly and helpful. Everything was neat and clean. We were two very happy families, 4 adults and 2 children, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The house is well equipped and the jacuzzi and sauna were fantastic. Nice spot on the golden circle in the little village of Reykholt with its swimming pool, shop, restaurants, playgrounds, football pitches, greenhouses and more. Thank you!

The House had everything we needed, it was very spacious, cosy and came with a lot of extras (like hot tub, sauna,…) we felt very comfortable!

Clean, roomy house in good location for golden circle sights. Local restaurant superb with really friendly helpful service. We saw the aurora at the front of the house. Communication with owner first rate.Things couldn’t of been better.

A beautiful house in a great location, really handy for all the big hitters of the Golden Circle. As other reviewers have said, the house is much bigger and nicer than the photos would suggest.

Not that it was an issue for us but the steps to the upstairs area are steep although there are 3 bedrooms downstairs :-)
