This was are first time trying a Pod. It met our needs well but we prefer more privacy and probably will not stay at a pod type room again. I believe there is a significant market for them however.

Noisy people made it almost impossible to sleep. The pods arent really sound proof, any touch of the plastic walls can be heard in adjacent pods. The matress was way too hard and thin for my taste. Airport shuttle a bit overpriced for a 4 minute drive.

The sci-fi design and feeling is really nice. You get privacy while still being a dormitory. The bathrooms were very fresh & clean.

It was not quite as noise isolated as I had hoped

The cabin felt very cozy and really more like an own little cave instead of a hostel bed. Many showers/toilets helped create no waiting times there at all; and the airport shuttle service worked great!

I would only recommend staying here for one night as it can be a little tight.

The perfect place to stay if you just get in from a flight and need a spot to stay. It is just a short taxi/bus ride away from the airport and provides just what you need. They have nice showers and the beds are comfy.

If snoring of other people keeps you awake then be prepared for a potentially sleepless night. Unfortunately for me, I'm sensitive to other people's snoring and on the night I spent in the pod there were heavy snorers above and directly next to me. So impossible to sleep most of the night. However, the concept of the hotel is great and if you get lucky to have silent sleepers around you, then it's really a good solution for spending a night near to the airport.

Located in a very odd position in a light industrial area. Pod size good for someone perhaps up to 185cm tall? I’m 194cm was unable to lie straight.

Convenient to the airport. Priced well enough as a backup to our cancelled accommodation. Pods were ok in general and the extra living spaces were very useful.

Quiet hours should be enforced more strictly as the sound isolation within the capsules is not that good.

The capsules were clean and bed was comfortable. The dining area was large and well equipped with free juice/tea/coffee and some leftovers from precious guest. There is an option to arrange for airport transport which is very useful.

It’s a 15-20 minute walk from the main town for food. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. It also cost 5500 ISK to get from the airport to the pods via taxi. Pretty steep for a 7 minute drive. We arrived at 11:30pm at night so public transport had stopped running and it was our only option.

Convenient location - 7 minute drive from Keflavik International Airport. We enjoyed the coffee in the morning. Guests were respectful and kept the noise down while checking in late at night. Toilets/shower were clean Pod was spacious, well fitted and convenient for one night.

The biggest problem with these type of accommodations is that not everyone is willing to respect the others need of sleep - tourists arrive in the middle of the night, chatting, laughing, watching reels...

Extremely clean shared bathrooms! Surprisingly comfortable pods. Clear instructions, easy to find the building. Perfect for spending the night if you have an early flight.

The walls and doors of the pods being plastic meant you had to take extra care trying to be quiet in your space. We got in very late and it was nearly impossible to climb into our pod without the stairs and plastic creaking. Making noise I'm sure our neighbors could hear, but you do your best 🙂

Easy to book, convenient for a quick overnight stay near the airport. Everything was clean and very easy to figure out. I also really appreciate how they provided a communal space to be able to leave behind food or supplies you no longer need, or can use, for someone else who might need them.

The air conditioning in the pods was fine when on full, but when we wanted to have it on a low setting when we went to bed, it emitted a high pitch noise. So unfortunately the choice was to have it on full blast or not at all.

Really clean throughout, comfy beds, easy to use (lockers, pods), great kitchen, community atmosphere (ie; everyone cleaned up after themselves / didn’t leave any areas dirty). Loved the ability to have the different light colour settings. Great location in proximity to airport. Good airport transfer at 04:00! Only 7-8 mins away. Good communication via Booking.com

There were no reception live. It’s all relate me to SCI fi future hotel. PODs with blue lights , privacy at night light shut down no loud conversations. People respectable I was able to sleep peacefully. Although no receptionist for chit chat kind of set me off. So shuttle I preorder for 4.30 AM. Nobody came, then more people come for departure on shuttle at 5 am. Finally driver arrive at property about 5.15 am it’s make nervous , but likely my flight was delayed on 30 minutes. Although driver not charge me for transfer so it’s all good I suppose. So thank you !

Clean, quiet at night , good walk to water side . Kitchen have multiple things free : apple juice, orange juice , water, coffee machine . There some utensils to use. Not crowded at all! Multiple bathrooms and shower clean and open, so cool!
