Had a lovely one night stay. Accommodation was modern and very clean. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Easy to check in and great communication beforehand. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather, so we were able to sit on the bench outside and make most of the wonderful view. Would definitely recommend if looking for accommodation in the area.

When we open the sofa bed, the cottage gets a little bit crowded.

All instructions are clear. Facilities are new and sufficient. The cottage is warm, clean and cozy. Outside the cottage, there is a place for us to wash our car.

The cottage is brand new and settled in a beautiful area (a farm) and you are surrounded by horses. It is peaceful and very comfy. The owners hospitality is on point and even offer an area to wash your car! The cottage has a nice coffee machine with beans ready to ground. It was appreciated.

Everything was wonderful!

This place was magical! It is the only place we stayed on our Ring Road road trip that was a stand alone cottage. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen and fantastic coffee machine with beans provided! Only two other cottages and a main house on the property, set in a beautiful pasture with a mountain in the background and horses nearby. Very peaceful. The host provided a booklet with instructions for the cottage and suggestions for restaurants nearby. They also offered a hose for washing the car!

Cozy, clean and morden cabin. Beautiful view and nice host. Have been in Iceland three times. This is among the best places we stayed.

It was very clean, new, had a fancy coffee machine, and beautiful, secluded views. It felt very private, but was also about 12 minutes from a gas station with a convenience store (N1). There are also horses next to the property and overall this exceeded my expectations!

Sweetest tiny house. Very comfy. Great spot to stop as we do the north western corner. Loved coffee maker. One thing that won my heart, PILLOWS! Great pillows and 2 each...very rare find.

Great little unit with all the facilities you need after a long drive. A few hundred metres off the main road so was perfect for us to continue our journey next morning.

This was our favorite accommodation for our travels in Iceland. We appreciated the self check in. Instructions were clear. Information in the cottage was very helpful. The Delonghi coffee maker filled with beans was a wonderful surprise. Black out curtains were provided for all of the windows, even the front door. Cottage was well spaced from others. We had a very quiet night and comfortable night.

Very good independent accommodation units on a farm. Good kitchen for self catering. Right off the main highway. Light, bright, warm, clean. Easy access. Lovely wide elevated views. Beautiful horses in the paddock at the rear.

well appointed / well equipped cottage; coffee maker, dishes, spices, kettle, kitchen roll towel, etc. lots of natural light w good blackout blinds. comfortable beds, great water pressure, natural surroundings and quiet environment. great value for money. buy some food in Blonduos and make yourself a great dinner and breakfast. the cottage have all things covered.

This has to be the cleanest, most comfortable cottage I’ve been staying at in Iceland. Everything is perfect! Checking in and out was very easy, I had full privacy (the cottages are based on a farm but it felt like I was alone on the property), the view is amazing, and the kitchen is more than perfect! I was especially happy with the fantastic coffee machine; real beans, real coffee, so much better than these instant machines. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure! The location is perfect also: only ten minutes away (by car) from the nice village Blönduós, where you can go to the swimming pool, get your groceries, eat out and have beautiful walks (make sure to visit the bird island when it’s open, and also take a walk to the sea through the park!) Don’t hesitate to book!
