Really great amenities! Had an EV charger Great views

Sometime the charger was occupied

You get a free standing cabin with all the amenities including a kitchen with expansive views. The owner was very diligent in correspondence. It is very convenient for a Heimey Island visit.

It is a bit far from restaurants and food shops. Price was a bit high for a rustic cabin.

Views, location and complete silence.

A bit small for 3 adults and child.

The only property we stayed two nights in. Breathtaking settings, mountains to one side and plains on the other. The family looking after the property were super helpful and even came to assist me in the late hours of the evening.

The cabins are absolutely lovely. Situated with a view onto the mountains and glacier. Super handy just off the ring road and perfect for stop offs or a few days. I would have a stayed a couple more days and enjoyed the bbq if weather had permitted.

Just an issue with the door locking, but the host was super efficient and came to sort it immediately.

The cottage turned out to be even more perfect and beautiful than we anticipated! Clean, comfortable, spacious… We absolutely loved this stay and I wished we had more time to spend there. Don’t hesitate to book! When we realized upon arrival that there were two twin beds rather than one full bed (totally our own oversight, not the host’s fault) they sent someone over right away to change it for us. Top-tier service. Easy self check-in and out. They also have conveniently posted small signs on the road to help you find the cottages. I highly recommend visiting Vestmannaeyjar (the Westman Islands) while you are in the area!

The only thing I disliked was having to leave for the airport!

Brú Guesthouse was my favorite accommodation of the trip! With our views of Seljalandsfoss waterfall in the distance, glaciers, the Westman Islands and a volcanic crater, it’s a peaceful retreat! The guesthouse was comfortable, clean, and well equipped! I loved this place!

About the only thing I could say, was that it could use 2 pillows per person instead of one.

Location was cool, felt remote but pretty close to town and activities. Clean and comfortable.

Door required some muscle to lock, but once you figure that out, wasnt bad.

The location near Porsmork & Skogafoss is excellent. Facilities were extremely clean & comfortable.

This place was absoultely fantastic! The bath robes were a nice touch. Having a/c in the facility (only place we got this so far I have seen in iceland) was much appreciated in july as bugs are around n windows need closing. The view (when fog wasnt an issue) was phenomenal and the kitchen was properly stocked. We went in july, but this would ne a great place to view northern lights if there in that season

We loved the location. Amazing views! Very close to major attractions Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss Waterfall. Loved that the keys were kept in a lock box so we did not feel rushed to check in.

Great location for exploring south east region, small but have everything you need for a short stay.

the door for the cottage is difficult to lock and unlock

Love the beautiful scenery and cosy accommodation. Room is spacious and clean. Nice place to see sun rise and sun set.
